Sir,
i have deposited for redeem my gold fund in your kanpur branch on dt.13.5.2016 which was acknowledge by mr bharat sharma, but till date i have not rect. My payment. I have call mr. Bharat sharma so many times but neither he has given me status nor attend the call whenever i have given him text massage and also on whats app, but not responded by him. Today i have gone to your farrukhabad branch one officer was also call him regarding status but he tells "batata hu" but not given any proper response.
You are requested to pl. Do the needful for my payment @ very next day rate with interest of laps days, and inform me why the payment is not credited in my a/c timely.

    About two years ago, one of axis bank (Axis direct) shown me lists of share where the predictions were over 80% appeared correct. I joined their facilities for buying and selling of shares. Two years have past, the prediction, in the reality was not even 5% actually all the share they bought 95% of them of fell and continuously fall during the last two years. The only support they have done is make me lose over 20 lakhs plus the expected revenue on my investment. Further the team working to do these transactions lack maturity and experience. I expect that axis bank must take the responsibility of their failure and can not just pass their mistake to the suffering of the customers. I am sure if they do the survey with all the customers, it will be true. The gap as claimed by them is not 80% plus but 176% negative. Can it be accepted by any standards.

      I have a salary account in Axis bank, Mumbai. I have used the debit card of that account for purchasing 2 movie tickets back in tamil nadu on the month of april.

      The transaction was cancelled but the amount was debited from my account. the vendor said that the amount will be reversed. the same happened and the amount of Rs 300 was credited back into my account on 9 May.

      Now the axis bank debited the amount of Rs 300 from my account again for the same transaction saying that the vendor has claimed the amount.

      I have contacted the ban k on this. but they are not answering properly asking me of void slip.

      my question are,

      On what proof did the vendor claimed that the transaction was successful?
      Did he provide any proof ( like the void slip or any similar one )
      If you think that my claim is un-proof then how did you reverse the amount on 9-May ( so that it must have shown in your system that it was a unsuccessful transaction) .

      I have asked the above question to Axis bank and I did not get any proper reply ' We can only proceed on the submission of void slip'. I am not sure how did they proceeded with the vendor request yet.

      Please if some one can tell me correction solution that would be a great help.

        I have account in axis bank since 2012. Suddenly on 21sept 2016 they deduct 744 rs. From my account as consolidated dp charges. After inquiry i came to know that these charges for dmat account which i have never opened. Neither i got any inquiry call nor any confirmation call/sms/mail from axis bank regarding dmat account opening.
        I talked to customer care people their response is nil.
        I didnt recieve any mail/sms/call regrading demat account in four years.
        I didnt recieved account opening information
        Bank executives are fraud. They are cheating people. Please help me in retrieval of my money.

        i called customer care people too many times but not getting satisfying answer.
        Rest conversation is through mail.bank people are saying that i have signed 3in 1 application.
        I didnt sign anything.there may be possibility that bank executive cheated me.
        in case if account opening form was signed.Isnt responsibility of bank to confirm it from customer.
        in case if account is opened atleast send confirmation mail to customer.

          Your Axis back loan EC was two times passing 10th and 24th in my loan account so please immediately stop that process because I have very suffered and very month I paid penalty for 400 rs. so please help me and return my amount.

          Usually my loan due date very month 10th in coming 5years this is the agreement but you are against your policy so please take action immediately but incase you will not taken action early I will going to my consumer court this is my legal notice for your concern and I am respect your concern also so please taken action.

              Registration has been terminated

              The application has not been working in my phone from months. It shows me "Registration has been terminated. Please contact your nearest branch" Whenever I Call the axis support they always tell me that they will get back to me with a solution but they never call back & also they tell me to get back to the branch guys and the branch people tell me to call these customer care center.

              I have a salary account in axis bank, i want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "consolidated dp charges" from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that but noting is linked with my account.

              I request indian complaint register form to take necessary action if possible.

                मेरी पुत्री रचना तंवर के नाम से आपकी जिला हरदा म0प्र0 की शाखा में खाता नंबर [protected] बचत खाता सं‍चालित है विगत 6 माह से मेरी बच्‍ची के बालिग हो जाने के कारण उक्‍त खातेे से लेन देन बंद कर रोक दिया गया है जबकि मेरे द्वारा आपकी हरदा शाखा में उपस्थित होकर सम्‍पूर्ण प्रक्रिया पूर्ण कर दी गई है एवं शाखा द्वारा मेरा आवेदन हेडआफिस को भेजा भी जा चुका है किन्‍तु आज दिनांक तक मेरी बच्‍ची के खाते से मैं कोई लेन देन नहीं कर पा रहा है इससे मुझे आपके बैंक की कार्यप्रणाली ठीक नहीं लग रहा है इससे मैं बहुत परेशान हो चुका हूँ मेरी बच्‍ची की स्‍कालरशीप एवं अन्‍य राशि उक्‍त खाते में जमा होने से एवं लेनदेन न कर पाने से मैं अपनी बच्‍ची की पढाई ठीक से नहीं करा पा रहा हूँ निवेदन है कि मेरी बच्‍ची के खाते को तत्‍काल रेग्‍युलर कर मुझे अवगत करावें अन्‍यथा मुझे अापके बैंक से मेरी बच्‍ची की संपूर्ण राशि वापस करने का कष्‍ट करें ताकि मैं किसी और बैंक में अपनी बच्‍ची का खाता खुलवाकर अपनी बच्‍ची को पढा सकू ।

                      I have a car loan from your bank which I have taken in 2013, continuously am paying EMI As per my EMI date.
                      Remaining amount has been paid by me on 26.04.2016 with all four closes charges that time loan executive told me that NOC will be sent to your address with in 8 or 10 days.
                      But till today almost 25 days over & I didn’t receive any kind of NOC & SMS for the same even when I was calling to executive he was not receiving my call, When I called with other no. he use to replied that I will give you within 2 days, It happens 3 or 4 times.
                      Please help me, Being a customer It is damaging reputation of axis bank.
                      This kind of response is not ok, Now please help me ASAP

                          I had a axis bank card before 3 years and I had cleared all the transactions. I stopped using that credit and had sent mail to axis bank throgh axis bank rm1/rm2 mail but didn't receive any reply. Now, after 3 years, I am getting calls from different people and they are asking 8000 rupees as credit card fine. I asked credit card statement but they aren't ready and they also confirmed that there was no principle amount pending from my side these are different charges. I am ready for settling this matter but 8000 in too much and that too without any clarification.

                          Hi Sir/Mam,

                          I had an axis bank [protected] before 3 years. I had cleared all outstanding amount and stopped using this credit card (Please refer June2014.pdf). Now, In April 2015 Axis bank issued new credit card [protected] and I did not receive this card. Courier company had destroyed this credit card as per axis bank records. Bank charged me 112/- rupees for this new credit card and after one year with interest this amount is 8, 300/- rupees as on 27th May 2016. (Please refer Apr2015.pdf)

                          I did not receive this card and bank records also says the same. I have met your officer at Pride house, Pune center and he gave me below statements

                          Please clear my outstanding amount of the credit card and clear CIBIL records.

                            It is to inform you that i have one debilt card of axis bank whose no. Is [protected].

                            On 14.05.2016 some ravi which was working in account section of pay-pall of mumbai or consumer complaints forum whose mobile no. Is[protected] fraud paid from my card & fund of rs.5000/- was transfer in your company for bill payment at 14.14.46 whose transaction id was s-1306388 ecom pur/vodafone bill/mumbai.

                            This transaction was fraud done by above mobile owner with my debit card as detailed above.

                            Kindly trace to whom no. Bill this was pay. If possible hold the transaction of such mobile payment and inform me so that i was informing the police department for taking necessary action against them. I was already complaining in the supt. Of police indore whose no. Is 329 dated 16.05.2016 as well as customer service of vodafone whose no. Was 1286448.

                              Axis Bank — 500 fees debited ,

                              while taking the AXIS bank credit CSR said no fees and annual fees but when i got first paybill 500 rs has been debited to my Credit card I dnt know why this pretty staright forward doing it i dnt know

                                This is Sushma here, i am holding a Salary account in axis bank in the year 2012. i have left the job hence i was not operating the card from past 3 years. i have deposited 1000/- in axis bank account but these bank people has deducted that money from my account and they have not given the proper response for deducting money. moreover that they have created one more account in my name which i never had any debit card.

                                today i went for closing the bank account they are charging 600/- extra for debit card. i have not operated this account since from past 3 years moreover they have deducted my 1000/- now for account closing again bank people are asking 600/- deposition. this bank is robbering customers money like anything.

                                long bank i have contacted axis service desk regarding 1000/- deduction after sending so many email also no response from anyone.

                                request you to kindly help me for closing the below accounts.

                                I want to close my account..it is not zero balance account..i hv told dat u hv to maintain 10 k in 3 months in uo account..but nw i got to knw dat i have to maintain 10 k every month.

                                  I am the account holder of AXIS Bank(Branch name: Sapna sangeeta, Indore). I had opened my account in 2015 form the camp organised in IIT Indore. According to the information provided at counter, the account was of zero balance account for students. But continuously its happening such that, my balance is been deducted for no reason. Till now it has been deducted an amount of 858/-. To know the reason of my balance deduction, I had called the number provided from the camp counter i.e. to Mr. Hariom Rawat(sales officer, Contact no- [protected]) and he provided me some wrong information and told me that there was a problem in profile updation so your balance has been deducted, within 2 days your balance will be refunded. Later i called the axis bank customer care and got to know the the account opened was of minimum account balance of 10000 and also the information provided in the account was wrong. I had opened my account in 2015 but according to customer care, the account opening date is December 2014. I have called so many times to Mr. Rawat but they are not looking into this matter seriously, rather they are telling me to wait for another one month. It has been 3 months till I have complained. Bank are to secure money and not to do fraud in it. Kindly refund the debited balance as soon as possible and correct my account details.

                                    I created a salary account in Axis bank recently. Ever since that, i have been getting calls from many Welfare Organization asking for donations.
                                    What i like to know is why does the bank publish our phone numbers to these organizations without informing us.

                                    I have also been getting calls from bank asking to get Credit card. I already told them not to call me and add me to DO NOT CALL registry. But still it is happening.

                                      I have applied for cheque book request but not succeed. When i asked the reason with rule clause but no one is bothered about the customer grievances. Very poor services offered by bank. First i registered my case with ist officer but no satisfaction. Than request 2nd authority no satisfactory reply but no revual employee contact me. Only call centre person contact but no proper reply.
