I am the account holder of AXIS Bank(Branch name: Sapna sangeeta, Indore). I had opened my account in 2015 form the camp organised in IIT Indore. According to the information provided at counter, the account was of zero balance account for students. But continuously its happening such that, my balance is been deducted for no reason. Till now it has been deducted an amount of 858/-. To know the reason of my balance deduction, I had called the number provided from the camp counter i.e. to Mr. Hariom Rawat(sales officer, Contact no- [protected]) and he provided me some wrong information and told me that there was a problem in profile updation so your balance has been deducted, within 2 days your balance will be refunded. Later i called the axis bank customer care and got to know the the account opened was of minimum account balance of 10000 and also the information provided in the account was wrong. I had opened my account in 2015 but according to customer care, the account opening date is December 2014. I have called so many times to Mr. Rawat but they are not looking into this matter seriously, rather they are telling me to wait for another one month. It has been 3 months till I have complained. Bank are to secure money and not to do fraud in it. Kindly refund the debited balance as soon as possible and correct my account details.
