[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Rs 10000 not came out from AXIS bank ATM but debited from account

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that on 1st August 2016 at 1:45 PM i tried to widraw Rs. 10000/ from AXIS bank ATM sec-62, It was not come out from the ATM and the same amount was debited from my account.I made complaint on PNB Customer care, The complaint number is M[protected]..I went to the Punjab national bank Sec-27 my main branch but no body was listening my request so i wrote one application and submited the same to the bank.Kindly get checked again and arrange to get back the same amount to my account please.Looking forward for the positive response please.

PNB People are saying AXIS bank people are saying that was a successful widraw...kindly get provide me the CCTV footage during that day.I want to know who exactly took the money, when i was not received.Kindly do needful, i need AXIS bank support to get back my money to my account.

At least AXIES BANK people can varify at their end, should support the people like us.When we are not on the fault and loosing a very big amount Rs. 10000/-

As per the telephonic conversation, Please note that when you transact at any of the Axis Bank’s ATM and you encounter a non/short dispensation of cash, you need to raise the said query with your card issuing bank.

I request you to please call or visit your card issuing bank along with the Axis bank ATM Transaction receipt to resolve this matter at the earliest.
