[Resolved] Axis Bank — Rude behavior of Axis Bank's Branch Manager | |
I was called and I went to my home branch regarding my savings account freeze. I didn't like the way the branch manager talked to me, I felt like being interrogated by CBI at some point of time. She was rude, and I felt embarrassed in front of the bank employees. I no longer wish to keep my account with Axis Bank, I will get an account from other banks like IDFC FIRST BANK.
