I have opened an axis bank saving account to pay emi with zero balance account. While opening the account i have informed that no minimum balance is required until i have the personal loan is closed but every month they are deducting a consolidated charges.
Secondly i closed my personal loan in the month of february and a noc is sent to my mail id. But in march the are 4 check bounce charges against the closed personal loan. I wrote a mail to customer care with my concerns with noc as proof of attachment. It is being 15 days. Customer care people are asking me to sent a mail to loan department and i did the same.
But till now i didn't get any response from either customer care or loan department. It is almost more than a week.
Even the personal loan also closed after i raise a complaint in consumer complaints forum (Same portal). After paying my outstanding the loan was closed after two months.
Axis bank online support system worst than any thing. I will rate 0/10.
