[Resolved] Axis Bank — Scam page fraud deduction from my account!! | |||
Hi, There was a scam page fraudulent deduction from my account on 3rd November and I emailed my dispute form on 6th nov after the merchant claimed the money as instructed by credit card email department.Today after 5days have passed away your reps are asking me for proof for faulty goods.I had to select the first option in the form as well as the 'Other' option of the form as there is no option for scam fraud deduction.I have sent email to [protected]@axisbank.com with an urgency to refund my amount of 10040.60 and addressed to branch head in the subject kindly check.Please let me know what proof you require for scam page fraud.
