To: axis bank Customer [protected]@axisbank.com Subject: senior citizenship card Dear sirs: This is to bring to your notice that on july 11, 2015, i was offered a special senior citizen card when i opened my pension account with axis bank, at 85 prince anwar shah road, kolkata - 700033, which promised many services and discounts at medicine stores, health check-ups at diagnostic centres/hospitals in various places in the country, many emergency contacts and an accident insurance of rs 200, 000/-. Till date i have not received any card nor any intimation of it. The bank personnel are clueless about the matter and, needless to say, nothing has been achieved. I need the card for various reasons as i am getting on in age with no support system. I would like you to take up the matter asap so i can use my card when necessary. I have waited too long for it patiently and i do not give up easily for what i am entitled to. My bank account number with the axis bank mentioned above is 9150xxxxxx1011.
