[Resolved] Axis Bank — Sent wrong credit card and not refunding the joining fees | |||||
I received a call from Axis Bank Credit Card sales person stating that they are providing a credit card with no joining fees as I am Accenture pvt. ltd. employee. So I registered for the same. I confirmed about the same many times but they always said there is no yearly charges. But when I received the card, I found that the joining fees is mentioned. Hence I called the customer care and asked them to cancel the card. They blocked my card instead of completely cancelling it. I didn't even activate my Credit Card. After some days on April 7th 2016, they auto deducted around Rs. 572/- from my salary account as joining fees. I have called them so many times and they are now refusing to refund the joining fees. This is a fraud that axis bank is doing, they provide us with wrong information about the credit card and then they charge us for the same. Why should I pay for a credit card for which I have not registered? I want my refund back. Please help me with the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
