[Resolved]  Axis Bank — settlement credit card process

Address:Junagadh, Gujarat, 362630

I have axis bank 3 credit card. All the credit card outstanding amount is 130000. I am unable pay at this time because i have a loss job. I talk to customer care but he refuse to settle the amount and talk to first clear your minimum amount then after settlement.

But i am not pay at this stage minimum amount. What can i do to settlement my credit card.

Currently the reimbursement account is debit frozen. As per the standard procedure I have submitted the documents and filled the form in my home branch, but now it has been over two months and still the account is frozen. I'm visiting the branch and calling customer support daily, but all they have to say is it will get resolved tomorrow.

Respected sir I have open axis asap account no [protected] in online account open my account lock before 20 day I have complaint in nearest home branch rajgurunagar but my problem not solved pls argent help me and solved my problem
