Why are these charges and extra amount shown . Even the call center agents calling for payment are not able to clarify why the above amount is shown pending when my EMIs are cleared on 05.03.2021

Kindly resolve this as my salary is expected in 2/3 days and even after paying the EMIS unnecessary amount will be deducted.
