Dear team,

I have received following message today, which says
Message 1 at 2:30pm -
Hello! Your a/c no. 209997 has been debited by rs. 118 on 22 nov18. The a/c balance is rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

Axis bank Credit card Payment done with all interest Charged by bank & requesting for Cibil Score to update from long time through calls & Mails But no response from Bank neither changed status.

I have received following message on 29th June, 2021 which says
Message at 5.04pm -
INR 59 debited from A/c no. XXXXXX on[protected]:59:04 IST at Sign verf chrgs.Avl Bal- INR xxxx. Call [protected] if not done by you - Axis Bank

I have not issued any such mandate.
Please let me know the reason for the above mentioned charges. And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?
