Axis bank, Mandi Adampur, Dist-Hisar (Haryana) pin-125052, opened my saving account by using my documents provided by a third person named Mukesh. Axis bank not verified documents with originals. And Axis bank deposit cash & Cash withdrawal without my knowledge by the instruction Mr Mukesh. Account no is [protected], named Ankit. Axis Bank have been opened nearby 100 fake saving accounts. Below are the some fake saving account list.

Millions Rupees transactions has been conducted by escaping to pay Income Tax to Govt. Branch manager has also been involved. This is my primary responsibility to inform you. Kindly take strictly action against Axis bank and User ( Mukesh)
