Hi sir My Name Ch Usha Kiran yesterday[protected] Time 6-22 Pm I was deposited money 35000/- at Kukatpally Hyderabad Axis Bank Cash Deposit Machine. Transaction Completed After CDM Displayed Timed Out Transaction.Iam Waited 30 Minutes But Money Is Not Refund.After CDM Unable To ATM Services Displayed.loyees In Bank IAM Asked One Of Employer His Said Tomorrow Come To Bank And Complaint The Issue.Iam Going To Same Bank Iam Asked Employee My Money Stuck Yesterday In Your CDM Machine.His Said
Complaint The Issue & We WillTake 10 Days After Shows Your Account.If Not Show Come To Bank
Sir Called Customer care [protected], [protected], But Not I Can Rechargeable.
Pls Anyone Give Other Customer care Numbers

I deposited 3900 in CDM machine.. But the process is unsuccessful.. But i didnt get my money back nor credited in my account. I have made a complaint in the respective branch. But there is no action taken for my complaint

Sir I am axis bank salary account holder. Last Sunday I deposited rs 10600 (ten thousand six hundred) in nagercoil axis bank ATM deposit machine, but cash counting time machine was strucked. Machine show the error and error slip received. After any one cannot deposit the money. So Monday morning I gave the complaint in nagercoil main axis bank, but today credited rs 8600 (eight thousand six hundred ) only. What is the reason, what will I do...

On 25th February, 1:15 pm I was trying to deposit cash ₹24, 500 in axis bank ATM. That machine took my amount and got blank. The amount didn’t credit. It’s been 7 days now visiting branch and calling customer care. It’s so disappointing experience with axis bank.
