I want to know about this charge. And want refund of same amount...

I have paid total loan amount three months ago but the bank pwople make calls and ask for more amount even then i paid the asked amount in the given number evenafter they cutting amount from my account. Should i go to the lawyer or will you settle the matter

      Dear Sir

      I have taken home floating loan 5 years back but it is always charging on higher rates for Home Loan no. PHR[protected]. Last Saturday I received phone message from Axis bank as they revised home loan interest to 10.25 in spite new home loan coated by Axis bank on internet is 8.80%.

      It is wast difference, I think I have to write consumer court or close relation with the Axis bank an take a loan from other bank

        I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 63152.53/-.

        This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

        In last six months you apply charges of rs 50833.46/-

        So please deduct these charges from your latest bill[protected] = 12319)
        I can able to give 12319 of my original amount. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 12319 is not affordable for me in the present situation.

        I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

        Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation.

          I have been wrongly charged this amount on 7th jan 2019 - 402.50 (Tips/scg/pos/ikea-dfc-alfuttaim/dt.02-ja)
          This transaction has not been done by me. I would want to know more details and the refund for the same.

          Also, on 2nd jan i had done an online transaction on ikea website and received an sms saying that my account has been debited with inr 50224.76 on[protected]:31:22 whereas on my statement it is reflecting the amount debited is 52299.04 ecom pur/ikea-dfc-alfu/dubai/030119/03:31 this has been over charged by the bank and the bank is sending 2 different communications of wrong debited???

          Sms message is showing different amount and bank statement is showing different. How is it even possible??? Plus after 4 days there is a random transaction done by the bank.

          This is cheating the customer. I want my refund.

            My name is vipin. Axis bank has put my balance negative for non maintenance of balance. I am using saving account in same bank. So i don’t want to have two accounts in same bank.
            I requested telephonically may times to close the account. They didn’t accept the request.
            Whenever i visited branch nobody hear me. And i was told to the base branch where this account was open.

            Now the problem is i can not visit the branch as i have changed the city.

              Axis bank has a collaboration with one assist.
              Yearly they are debiting 1399 from a/c without any notice.
              November 2017 and december 2018 they have debited twice.
              In the year 2017 soon after debiting even though i am continuously called and mailed to cancel the service and refund the money they have not done so, and again this year amount is debited. Needless to say its difficult to contact them.

              Its wrong from the axis bank side to give away customer card details to external services. How can we trust them with our hard earned money. And its difficult to contact them and if we happen to visit the branch those employees dont even know about these services.

              Please provide the solution

                  On 8th Dec. 2018 at around 5:20am, Rs.1, 00, 000/= had been withdrawn from my account through ATM located at Najafgarh, Delhi.

                  On the same day of the incident, I have submitted all the required documents and they raised a request with the reference number 47001396, 46994933.
                  I received the confirmation mail where it is clearly mentioned that as per VISA / MasterCard guidelines, when a request for fraud investigation is raised it takes a maximum of 30 days for the entire investigation to be completed.

                  During telephonic conversation, the fraud team also ensured me that this issue will be resolved in 30 days.

                  From last 2 weeks, i requested banks to provide me an update but in reply they ask me that as per Fraud & settlement Team, they will update the status on 29/01/2019.

                  Bank need 2 months of time for just an update while turn-around -time(TAT) for the same is 30 days.
                  And when i asked why they need 2 months time for just an update, they didn't respond.

                  I visited bank today for an update but they requested me to wait for one more month.

                  When i escalated this issue, Customer Service Manager (MD Cell) of Axis bank share with me the number for Mayur Vihar Branch Operations head for further clarification.
                  I followed up with her for last one week.Every morning when i call her for an update, she asked me to call in evening and when i call her in evening then she gives some excuse and failed to provide me an update.

                  Now i am feeling very depressed and harassed by the Bank behavior.

                  It’s my request you to please look into this matter and resolved this issue immediately so that I can resume my services.

                  Now, Bank need a 2 months time for just an update.
                  It sounds weird to me.
                  Also, let me know how can I see the CCTV footage of the incident.

                    Today i was in khoh gaon axis bank atm at 6:35pm for cash withdrawal when i punch my card in atm two persons came (Dl1m0885) and said to me keep out of this and pushing me, they said we are here for cash deposit in atm and abusing me even one person said that "i will beat you" i was totally surprised who they can use this type of language.

                      Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, it is mentioned in the statement like tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt 240116. If i ask customer care they say if i use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. The restaurant or super market or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage and why the hell you guys charging from us too. You guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.

                      If this is your process alert us through sms u will be charged certain amount since you swipped with this merchant, you guys correctly charging 15 rs for sms right the what is the pain for you to alert a customer. If we repay loan or cc bill you guys keep on msging right why can't do this.

                      I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited.

                        Emis as repayments for the above loans were automatically being taken from my salary account with sbi pattanakkad branch (A/c no [protected]) through ecs debit clearing systemon every month.
                        I have sufficient amount in my account, and the mandate for ecs is also valid. During my enquiry at bank, it is observed that there are no issues with my bank, for the bouncing.
                        Anyway, repayments for the month of dec.2018 have been made by me in cash in the nearby axis bank branches near to my residence.

                        So kindly do the needful to quash the bouncing charges imposed on me as per the sms dated[protected].19pm.

                            Till Time Not contact Axis bank to Me.
                            Currently the reimbursement account is debit frozen. As per the standard procedure I have submitted the documents and filled the form in my home branch, but now it has been over two months and still the account is frozen. I'm visiting the branch and calling customer support daily, but all they have to say is it will get resolved tomorrow.

                              But ticket was cancelled and they have already initiated refund (As they are saying) but. I have not get it yet.

                                I have my a/c [protected] in the name of mrs raja devi w/o satbir singh r/o village ujha gate sai colony panipat branch at village ugrakhri panipat
                                On 04/01/2019 i withdraw amounting rupees 4, 40, 000 from the bank account. But the manager of bank ashiwani misbehave with me when i ask about excess deduction amount from my bank a/c he threaten me to kill. You and your bank manager cheated me and not return any amount to me
                                Please sèe my complaint and rectify it soon otherwise i will to to the court against aggainst bank and police also

                                    Dear sir/madam
                                    I bag to say that i am complaining to you about axis bank branch siyansa, indore (M. P.) new manager not co-operate with customer. I'm saying that he is not reply for our queries and not pickup up our calls and not give us any response our problems... We consult our problem with bank other sir but he should also not proper response our queries... And ignore our problem and queris. I'm tried many time calls with bank manager and other co operative but he is not pick my calls and not give me ans. Of my premium related queries..

                                    So i requested you please help us. How i do self solve my premium related and mutual fund related queris.

                                      I have an saving bank account no. [protected] with your bank branch in sector 35 b chandigarh. I wanted to convert my current individual saving bank account to joint account with my wife as it is the requirement of my office since i am retiring. I visited ur branch for the same and asked for the form which they did not have at that point of time and i was asked to visit again. I visited the branch for the form after 2-3 days but failed to get the form. I have been told to wait till new year stationary comes to the bank branch. I m surprise, how long i have to wait. I am retiring next month and i have to complete the official formalities of opening of joint account within next 15 days. Please look into it and solve my problem.
