In the month of august'18, five fraudulent transactions of rs. 64, 898 happened in my account without my knowledge & without generating otp. Axis bank, surat said that they have sent messages of debited amount to my number, but i didn't received any single message. Axis bank refused to give my money back by showing their policy that they can't give my money back because i haven't blocked my debit card in 7 days from the date transactions happened. No one checked account everyday & we only trust on sms & email we received about debited amount from our account. How can i know about this fraud & how can i block my card, when i don't even received otp message.in september, 18, while checking my account statement, i got to know about this fraud. Please take action against bank & ask them to pay my money.
