[Resolved] Axis Bank — The tone of the customer care executive was insulting and harsh ! | |||||
I would like to question to the authorities of AXIS BANK that is this the way to talk to a customer? I have been associated with this bank since more than 4 years now, with my savings and credit accounts . And today when I called to the service to enquire about something the guy named " Hussain" at the other was shouting and arguing and talking to me as if he is my boss? I raised a request for closure of my axis credit card on 13th April 2017, paid complete payment of 27000 with excess amount of 3000. The foreclosure of emi fees was deducted and 1024 was credited to my account on 18th April 2017. Then today I again got a statement of payment for 820 Rs . I called to ask why am I receiving this when my credit card is closed . The guy asked following questions --- Who asked you to make late payment ? Why did you make 27k payment ? Why did you do extra payment ? Who are you ? And this was his tone which I just can not bear !! I asked to please transfer to your team lead then he kept on call for long hold and ultimately disconnected ? Who gave them this right to disconnect and who gave them this right to talk to a regular customer like this ?
