[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt 170617/

Its been a long time since my account is getting debited like in the subject line. This is not acceptable. By asking the phone banking service they are directing me to vendor, by asking the vendor, they are refusing that this amount has not been debited to their account. Now please tell me where has this amount gone.

It will take a serious escalation if i don't get proper response from your end. Let me know where is the below amount resting with, whether is it with vendor, axis bank or with the vendor's bank.

I need to stop this sought of debit from my account for future transactions.

I have already visited bank on this regards and they diverted me to call the phone banking service, on calling phone banking service they diverted me to vendor, now vendor is asking to get proof that amount has been debited in his account. If amount has been debited to vendor's account please provide me the proper supporting documents to take legal actions.

I tried writing to debit. [protected]@axisbank.com and [protected]@axisbank.com, both mail ids are no longer valid
