Hello sir, this is to bring to your kind notice that on 7th feb 2017, i, gulab singh, went to the atm to draw ten thousand rupees from my axis bank account no. [protected] using atm card no. [protected] which is valid up to 2020. After the first operation, the amount got deducted from my account but in reality, the amount didn t come out. When i tried the second time, ten thousand came out. So, the money got deducted twice. The next day, i reported the matter to the concerned bank and they assured me that they will look into the case. The concerned bank forwarded the case to the concerned agencies but no action has been taken till date. Finally, i have decided to take this case to your level. I request you to kindly look into the matter and credit the overdrawn amount of rs 10, 000/- to my savings account at the earliest.

Its been more than four months but no action has been taken despite my repeated mails.
I want to see the cctv footage of the day. This bank is fraud

    I satish kumar has been informed from your trambak naka branch nasik regarding pre-approved personal loan of 3.40 lakh.

    So i have applied for 2.5 lakh as i need that much amount only. Franking fees already paid to the concerned person on friday 16th june 2017 & agreement signed.

    Still i have not received any payment.

    Not sanctioning reason - today i have received a call regarding my pre approved personal loan time has expired. So they are not giving loan to me.

    I want an explanation on this...

    I have purchased an item of rs 968 from amazon.But I cancelled the item and the refund status in amazon account says that they refunded in my card but I didn't got my refund.Axis bank even though I have submitted my refund reference code to axis banks costumer care they failed to refund my amount in my card
    So help me to solve this problem

      I, pallavi singh (Customer of axis bank) had applied for a credit card when i was in chennai (My previous work location). Then, i moved to kolkata (My present work location) so i informed my home-branch (I. E chennai) about it and requested to dispatch my credit card to my present work location. I am chasing for my credit card from 20th of march 2017 (The day i reached kolkata). I recieved some calls from the bank regarding credit card verification, i shared my concern with them, they didn't respond clearly. Finally i contacted axis bank customer care regarding the concern, they asked me to raise a request to change my work location. I did as suggested & the details are — request id[protected] raised on 7th june 2017, they did an address verification and asked me to wait for 5 working days and then place a call for credit card replacement. After 5 working days i contacted them but they failed their commitment again and asked to wait for 24 hours more to update and it goes on untill today. Everyday i have to call and get false commitments with same reply.in order to resolve the issue i called​ several times axis bank customer support, talked to several people (Including mr. Madan
      Mohan, ms. Soumya, ms. Ranjani, ms. Pratyusha, mr. Nayaz, mr. Aditya). No one had a clear reason or explaination of the issue, someone said need to submit documents, someone said it will take 24 hours to resolve the issue, someone said u need to go to nearest branch. I am tired of calling them. Issue is still not resolved. Today they asked to wait for wait 5 more working days.​

        Tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt 170617/

        Its been a long time since my account is getting debited like in the subject line. This is not acceptable. By asking the phone banking service they are directing me to vendor, by asking the vendor, they are refusing that this amount has not been debited to their account. Now please tell me where has this amount gone.

        It will take a serious escalation if i don't get proper response from your end. Let me know where is the below...

        I have an account in axis bank with a/c#:"[protected]" bank address: axis bank, banjarahills branch, hyderabad.
        The bank people enabled credit frozen option to my account without any intimation and started charging against low minimum balance,
        I tried several times to transfer amount from another accounts but i am unable to transfer the money to maintain minimum balance.
        Now it has reached rs. -1705.03. Previously it has some balance also.
        Please revert this charges and normalize my account from credit frozen option...
        I have submitted my pancard, aadhar card details through online banking.

              I am having a saving bank account bearing no.[protected], the said account has become dormant,

              Last year in the month of april 2016 i have given application to dilshad colony branch opposite j& k dilshad garden, delhi -110095 to activate the said account, kept of following for the same. Despite my several visits and follow up the same could not re-active, the reasons also not being assigned to me.

              I also requested to close the account and returned my amount lying in the said account. However, your officials informed me that the account cannot be closed as lying dormant.

              You being a bank is under the obligation to act fair manner. Bank cannot withhold my amount lying in the your bank without assigning a reasons.
              About rs.17309 /- is lying in the said account.

              You are requested either to activate my account or close my account, failing which i shall left with no option but to take appropriate legal courses, including but not limited to criminal breach of trust, deficiency in service and also liable for compensation and interest, needless to say which shall be at your cost, consequences.

              Hoping to resolve the issue immediately as it is pending for more than last one year.

                Dear sir,
                I deepak kumar gamango one of the customer of your bank having bank account no-[protected] axis bank, rourkela branch-769004 ifsc code-utib0000262 and also an credit card holder [protected]
                The complaint is that i have outstanding balance on credit card and the due date is 02nd of july 2017 for making payment i talk with customer care executive regarding hold of rs52000 approx out of rs80000 approx balance in my savings account because of non payment amount of credit card and after check account balance from my mobile banking their is no such account statement of such hold amount and after talk with customer care executive they said bank hold lean/lin charges and if you pay rs18500 on or before 02/07/17 the hold amount will be reflated in your account. When i went bank for making payment on said rs.18500 the bank executive said the amount of rs 48999 auto debited from your bank account and again you have to pay rs.5500 to clear lin from your account and again on 18/07/17 again deduct 3800rs from my account and i have not receive any satisfactory result and trying no of times to axis bank customer service and i am harass for that and they only in process of deduct amount from my account without my authorization and i keep that balance for treatment of my younger handicapped brother.
                1. I have faith on bank and that the reason i maintain that amount in my account if i have no balance in my account then bank surely wait for that and also provide minimum time to make payment.
                2. I make a mind set to pay rs.18500 as minimum due on or before 02/07/17 and bank must have to provide that time and bank not giving me the opportunity.
                3. Un authorized deduct of rs.53000
                4. I harass for above all and facing financial difficulties.
                5. Till date i am not default in making any emi and cheque payment as on date i have a good credit score also 818 out of 900.
                5. Bank making me harass in all the ground
                6. Bank must compensate anything deduct from my accounts against credit card.
                7. Even after ward all payment for credit card the card is permanently blocked.
                8. Bank must compensate as and the higher authority may make suitable action because of break of faith and making me mentally pressured.
                9. I am not aware about all and bank also not making me any call or inform by post and unauthorized deduct amount from my account without my prior permission.

                  Self has been applied for a personal loan of rs.2.5 lakhs from axis bank. Necessary documents has been provided to axis bank executive (Mr bhuvanesh - [protected]) on 13.06.17. And he confirmed that within 7 days your loan will be processed. No reference number has been provided by executive.

                  On 16.06.2017 at 13:06 hrs, i have received a call from axis bank verification executive (Mob no : [protected]) and he said that verification needs to be done at your residential address. As i was in office that time, i told that executive to call me once you reached my home and self will be present at that time. And i was awaiting for his call. At 14:11 hrs he has called me and said that he was on the way. After that i didn't received call from him and i've called him on 15:46 hrs, and he said that he was in somewhere else and he cannot able to come my residential address. So he has done phone verification and he said that your loan will be processed within 3 days.

                  I was awaited more than 3 days and i continuously followed up with axis bank executive for update. On 21.06.17 at 11:59 hrs i've called the executive and requested him to update the status. And i've received call from that executive at 15:28 hrs on 21.06.17 and he said that your loan has been cancelled due to failing of physical verification report submitted by verification executive. And he said that i was not available at the time of physical verification.

                  And at 15:46 hrs i've called axis bank verification executive who have called me on 16.06.17 for verification. And i've asked why you've submitted negative report against me since you are not done physical verification. But verification executive said that i didn't submitted any report to axis bank since i've not done physical verification.

                  Then i've conveyed the message to axis bank executive and he said that "no sir, he is telling lie". And i told him to provide the solution and he said that "your loan has been cancelled you need to re apply after one month".

                  I've never experienced these type of results in any of the bank, since they cancelling my request without my concern and without proper verification.

                  So, i just want the loan has to be processed otherwise i want the documents whatever is submitted by me at the time of applying.

                    On 19th june, two transactions of amount 14.15 euro were debited to my subject mentioned card no at carrousel, paris, france. The outlet was mcdonalds. The m/c wasn't working and we had to pay in cash subsequently. We were told by merchant that issuer bank will credit the two transactions back to the card within 24 hrs. However it hasn't happened. I would request and appreciate if you could take it up with the merchant and credit the two transactions back to my card immediately. I need this money as i am overseas currently and this is nothing but cheating innocent customers on the part of mcdonald.

                      Though, i have received an sms saying that my above loan is sanctioned and disbursed on 14th june, this amount have not been credited to my bank account as yet.

                      Please look into this and reply asap.

                        I would like to highlight you that i received a credit card offer from your side limit upto 200000/- which will be free of cost. I have taken loan from your bank against that account axis bank offered me that card. All facilities of that card was provided to me by your team member however i do not remember her name. Apart from this they gave me a offer that any one of the family member also can avail this card along with me with the same facilities. Post that your executive came & collected all the required documents from me & finally today i received my credit card but sorry to inform you that my credit card limit is showing only 25000/- which is not acceptable at all as you are promising something to the customer & delivering something else to the customer. This is very disappointing. Please not my complaint number is 32022642.

                          Today i called in your law garden, ahmedabad branch. About diduction of consolidated charge but your employee who is handling consolidate charge desk mr. Atul tilgowadekar don't have any sense how to talk with customer he is taking with me very rude i reqested him to not be rude after that instead of assuring me and telling me about consolidated charge. He is taking with me like i made mistake with opening my account in your bank after that i asked him for nodal officer mail he is not willing to give even he disconcetd my call so i want proper answered from you else i'm gonna close my account and write mail to rbi please take action against it

                            I tried to apply for new chequebook by net banking. It was showing lien reason code. Then i got to know that there is any lien amount on my account.
                            Even i am getting my salary everymonth in this bank account. I have balance around 7000 then why it is not going good. And why there is any lien amount of -70. Due to that i cannot apply for new chequebook.

                              I submitted rs 6500
                              And i got a msg after some time that 6500 rs credited to my account but balance is rs 5800
                              Where is 700 rs??
                              When i asked to manager he said that the deducted amount is lien amount..
                              Very funny i'm not so rich that i could pay so much tax.
                              Very upset and very sad. I never expected that axis bank will do like this.

                                I have made a purchase from max fashion of rs 1287.00/- on 9 days back. Tried my axis bank bank 2 times but both attempts were failed. Rs 1287 was deducted 2 times for both failed transactions.
                                Also call and written a mail at customer care and send a dispute form along with purchase receipt but they are saying it will take 120 days to get refund however it should get refunded back immediately after failed transaction.
                                They have generated a request id 31902000 and left in blank. 120 days is too much time. None of the bank in india takes that much of time. Worst services of axis bank. Im too much frustrated.

                                Mrs. Shikha please go through in axis bank nodal team dept or MD escalation desk. This dept give you resolution next 2 working day.

                                  Respected sir.5 days back i posted a complin related to welcome kit receiving two days got a phncall that your old acc. Will be closed and you will receve new kit shortly again i got call that kit will be dispatc through corier mode. Bt i have to confrm that transaction took place in my previous ac. Having last digit '624782' was being oprated by which party someone is operating my acont uses my id details knowing by that person can misuse my acount so will be resposible for this. Sir it is requested to u pls clear the irreguarities realted to this issue if would be your most kindness. Thank u

                                  I need immediate refund for below two transactions, amount got deducted but not received to IRCTC (SBI)

                                  2.) PUR/IRCTC APIN/New Delhi//Seq No[protected]

                                  Amount debited from my account but IRCTC confirmed transaction cancelled because bank has rejected .

                                  Sir.last 20 days I have no response in Axis app in app only login process can work and other process like transfer recharge cannot be work.pls do something fast.not only in my app so many Axis apps in another mobilecannot be work last 20 days.pls solve this problem as soon as possible.im very puzzled.

                                    I m kaifee hasan i m a a/c holder of axis bank, sheohar, bihar, india... My atm card is not activated yet... I already contact so many times to branch manager... But he is not able to resolve my problem... And still i in abroad... I m getting so many problem due to not able to withdraw the money... So as soon as possible... Resolve my problem...

                                      My name is sumit soni and my registered mobile no with axis bank is [protected].

                                      I am writing this email regards with consolidated charges for may month that axis bank have taken from my saving bank account.

                                      On 17/06/2017, 230.00 inr (Including s. T) was debited as consolidated charges and as per axis bank customer executive this charges was deducted due to late bill pay for credit card for may month. But i have already paid the may month bill on time (4th june'17). So this amount should not be deducted from my account and now i am eligible for the reversal for this deduction.

                                      Please reverse this amount asap.

                                      Please call me on my registered contact number that i have mentioned above.
