Axis Bank — transaction declined but money debited

I made a transaction for 500 through google pay app on 3rd february 2019. The transaction declined but money debited. I raised a complaint in google pay app and received following message "hi! Your query with reference id [protected] pertaining to transaction id null has been raised successfully." but i have not received any solution yet.

The transaction in google pay app. And the upi id is provided by axis bank. Upi id is inba. [protected]@okaxis
