[Resolved] Axis Bank — transaction failed but amount was deducted from my account | |||||
18 july 2017 I was booking train tickets from irctc app, i proceeded for payment. Finally tickets were not booked but the amount got deducted from my account. I request for a refund on my account. Irctc app showed the reason that "bank did not respond" for the failed transaction on 18th july 2017 but as of today i. E. 19th july 2017 the reason showed is "payment failed".
