[Resolved]  Axis Bank — transaction failed but payment deducted from credit card

I was paying with axis bank credit card for flipkart. Transaction was failed. I tried again but still transaction failed. While trying for 3rd time i got 2 messages from axis bank regarding deduction of payments. So i checked booking history in flipkart but there was no any successful transaction. So total 12598/- amount was deducted but no any successful transaction. Please let me know what to do to get my 12598/- back

I tried to contact credit card customer care but there is no one available to pick up call even after 10 minutes of waiting.
