[Resolved]  Axis Bank — transaction failure, but amount not refunded

I made a online transaction from my sbi account [protected] on 27.04.2020 for rs. 12435 to assembly of god church school account. I made this transaction through axis easy pay with payment mode sbi internet banking, but the transaction is failed, vide urn[protected] and the amount is deducted from my account but not credited to the school account. Still the amount is not refunded to my sb account.
