[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Transaction status failure money got debited

On Feb 4 th 2017 I transferred 3 times fund to an other account, result transaction failure but money got debited from my account. Then 5 th Feb again transferred fund, result transaction failure and money got debited.and again on 7th Feb same transaction failure but money got debite. Till now already 10 days passed and money not credited or reversed. And when I gave complain to customer care, each time they are registering newly complain and also not responding properly. Please look into this matter immediately. Iam giving you transaction reference no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. These transactions are all from axis Bank UPI app .Status failed..

Hi Sir/Mam,

Its been more than 15 days but I didn't get the refund amount on Cancellation and Failed Transaction though its showing status as refunded in IRCTC refund history.

Kindly do the needful.

Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 04022017.
Please could you explain why the deduction has been made. You should inform. Its direct cheating on bank part.

My account with axis bank on 11September 2017 cash withdrawal from mulund west Axis bank ATM.
AMT IS 12000.00 BUT Cash not Coming, & deduct amt from main balance, that amt not refund till date .
I am going to bank many time but not response properly.

I transfer first time first time failed but blance debit my account and second time send success.50000 success and 50000 failed . I request you please refund my money
I transferred money 4 times to other accounts on 31st Dec 2019. The transaction failed but money got debited. The money has not event reached the beneficiary. A total of 18000 is missing from my account. Customer care does not receive my call. I raised a dispute but didn't a response.

Is this a common issue? When will I get my money back?
I transfer first time 10000 failed got deducted on my account and second time get success on paytm UPI.plese refund my my money
