Dear Sir, I had done an online transaction on 14th Oct 2016. Amount Rs. 20, 000.00 UTR number AXIR[protected], the money has not yet been credited to the Beneficiary account at Bank of Baroda, Beneficiary customer a/c no. [protected] Beneficiary customer a/c name. Jacinta Rodrigues I have written to Axis Bank branch Manager at Vakola and also visited him several times. But, I have got no response.
