Axis Bank — Transfer pending status shows suspect

I transfered amount to my other bank account through IMPS but i didnt recieve it my other account and money is also debited from my axis bank account and transfer status enquiry shows suspect in my axis bank account
cant even contact customer care as it says 8 AM to 8 PM only and i need that funds have payments to do
how can i solve this matter at this point of time ????
