[Resolved] Axis Bank — un authorized credit card charges | |||
I have ordered a mobile its cost 21, 000 rs from axis credit card on august 2 and keep emi for 6 months. Later i had return the product to amazon. They said the amount will be credited back in 2 business days. But i don't have information regarding it has. My bank people charged me 3 emi's. If i spoke to amazon customer service people they said they initiated refund transaction request to my bank. My bank still charged me amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
