Axis Bank — unable to close fixed deposit

I have a fixed deposit number ending with 1268. I had a credit card that was issued on the deposit. The credit card was marked as lien to the fixed deposit account.

Issues

The credit card has ben closed as per my request, as i am in need of the money. I still cant close the deposit as the website says there is a lien (Please see screenshot 1). I have sent this multiple (Toooo many) times to customer service and they say that there is no lien, see screenshot 2). Its so idiotic that i am sending a screenshot from axis bank website, and the customer service says that its wrong. I have visited the branch multiple times, and they say that they are unable to close it as there is a lien marked to it. Please see screenshot 3, the branch confirming the lien.

I have 14 conversation in the email chain back and forth with the same stuff. (Me telling the problem and they asking me to go the branch). I have had almost equal number of branch visits. The branch tried contacting some responsible and they don't have a response either.
