My saving account has been over drafted with negative balance and al this happened when I was in hospital where I had no idea what needs to be done . It was playing with emotions of customers. I was customer for axis bank from 11 years and this is what I get. When I called to customer care they transferred my call to credit card customer which is of no link. It is like cheating customer and playing with there emotions if someone with weak heart would have committed suicide this made me go in depression and had no clue what i should doing in this current covid 19 situation. Kindly take necessary action

    I have used axis bank debit card at petrol pump and when i am looking at the statement after two - three days later, i am seeing additional transaction of rs 32.50 as mentioned below.

    Ptlscg/13.09.20/essar maa dadee fill

    I am getting email notification for every transaction done using axis bank debit card but they are not sending email notification for this transaction.

    I am using salary account and what if the use of this debit card if you are going to charge 2.5% extra every time i use this debit card for petrol. I get cash back for using other banks debit card at petrol pumps. Highly disappointed in axis bank.

    I am going to change my salary account from axis bank to some other bank and move all my fds and assets from axis bank to other banks.

      It's been 2 weeks since i had applied for an credit card and got the message from the bank telling that the credit card is dispatched. I haven't received the credit card yet.

        Hi Team,

        Myself Tharani Chandrasekar. I was using your credit card moren than 5 years as a genuine customer. But during the covid pandemic am unable to pay my bills. I was swiped only 38000 but now I got 55000 in my bill. Actually I thought bankers are servicing to the customers but the reality not like that. As per RBI stated that the bankers should not ask for any additional charges like interest amount during the covid pandemic but here...?

        I have tried to contact you throughout the call but no response from your side so am writing here. Also am telling that I can't pay this much of amount because my manager will not give 6 months salary to me, only I can get this month salary only. So bankers should think and understand the customers situation. Again am telling I can't pay this much amount.

        Kindly respond throughout the call with tamil language then it will be easy to understand.

          Unauthorized transactions on credit card

          Date of incident - 10 jan 2020
          I am 52yrs old woment harassed by axis bank
          After observing fraudulent transaction to the amount of 1, 67, 450 (One lakh sixty seven thousand four hundred and fifty), on amazon website so i called customer care of axis bank and blocked my card. I mailed my details to bank by email too. Sr no 58466183 is my ref number.
          I have no idea that i have to submit fir other documents with 20 days.br...

            I have been paying my bills and my dues on time and had a good cibil record with them.
            I could not pay my credit card due this feb as I didn't receive my payments and got followed by lockdown.
            I informed the bank that as soon as I start receiving my payments, I will clear off my dues with the interest.

            I am getting calls from axis bank collections to clear the outstanding of rs. 26000 for the credit card which i have not used or purchased, where the blunder was done by axis bank employee and blame is done on me to clear the amount, few days ago i had spoken with mr. Shivamadaiah deputy manager axis manager credit cards collections +[protected] and written 2 mails. I haven't received any mail from the person, please find the screenshot where i have written mails. I have asked axis bank to investigate whether the product bought online or directly. I extend your support to solve the issue. I request you to kindly email only.

            Axis Bank Employee by name Mr. Arjun Tripathy has swiped the card left with the due to pay with Rs. 18000 Now the amount is pilledup to Rs. 26000. Since the Blunder has been done by Axis Bank Staff by misusing the Card and the customer calling from the Landline of Axis Bank.

              Today on 14.09.2020 i made a transaction of amount rs 84949 against my gold loan of muthut finance. Although the transaction was failed the amount was debited and which has also not refunded to my bank account. Please resolve the problem at the earliest. Transaction i'd is 20200914t[protected].

                Dear sir
                I would like to inform you that from march 29 to june 4 2020. I was payment rs. (500+810+860+1410) for cesc elecric bill through google pay. Every time balance was deducted from my account but it not reached not a single time to cesc account. More over there is no balance return on my account yet.
                Please look into the matter.

                  I have never approved any credit card for my account with axis bank, but without my permission they have activated one credit card about which i did not get information, the first time i came to know about credit card is when minimum due amount is debited from my account to credit card payment.

                  It is illegal to activate any credit card on my account without my permission.

                  Additionally, their customer care support is actually non existent. None of their customer care executive were able to help me on the online chat. Once i ask my question, my chat will be blocked and another chat will not be allowed. Their customer care phone numbers were not reachable all of the time and even when i got connected once, the executive was not able to help me with the credit card issue.

                  Worst experience with their customer support till now!

                  I wasted 6 hours in trying to reach out to some one on phone and chat, and could not get the customer service to accept the complaint. Everytime I mention credit card they are disconnected.
                  I sent multiple emails too, Finally one of my emails got response after 2 days and service request # 62631191 was received. Please let me know what is the status, i[censored]nauthorized account is closed and charges refunded.
                  I am too facing the same problem. I got my new salary account by Dec 2020 and received messages that my credit card application is being processed on Monday, 25, Jan 2021.

                  I have emailed the support team too. Today, 27, Jan 2021 I got a message that my credit card application is approved.

                  I am confused. I don't want a credit card in the first place, and I have not given my consent for the same.

                    Hi team,

                    I have been using axis credit card from 2010 (Last 10 years).

                    Hence i want to report this matter to you. Please look into this issue asap and provide me a resolution of this matter.

                    Details of this issue -

                    I purchased an amazon product on 20th feb 2020 with the amount rs. 2745 now, due to covid 19 and personal reasons, i requested for product return as it was damaged and amazon has successfully picked up the same product from home. The return has been initiated from amazon on 24th august 2020 05.02 pm with return reference number 080029. I have not received my amount back to the credit card ending 5295 yet.

                    The return has been initiated from Amazon on 24th August 2020 05.02 pm with Return reference number 080029. It is already cleared in the attachment.                             My debit account it debited with inr 2, 18, 298/- by a fraudulent and i never got an otp or sms notification from the back. The account was debited on 7th sep 2020 at 5:33am, it was debited by ecom pur/amazon seller services/560005 please have my hard earned money back as this was not initiated by me. I reported this back within 0-3 working days, and filled police fir too. I am so much worried as all my hard earned money is now gone. Attaching fir and bank statement. Please resolve asap, i feel no trust in axis bank now and it will definitely affect banks relationship with my employer.

                              Your nabagran br (2920) debited my sb a/c. No.[protected] for rs.354/- on 13.4.2020 and again rs.354/-on 27.4.2020 towards annual debit card chages. I visited the branch twice but they failed to give me a satisfactory reply. Please explain why you have debited the amount twice. If you have wrongly debited the amount, please refund the same to my account.

                                Hello,

                                My salary din't got credited in axis bank and i have requested my employer to reinitiate the transaction and they did it and said bank has rejected it twice. I have contacted bank nearly 20 times and no proper response is provided. admist covid they asked me to complete kyc going to nearest branch and i did that too but still i dint get salary. when calling their agents they are intentionally cutting the call after explaining the concern. and they charged me for the debit card and kept my account inactive and turned it into savings account and asking me to pay now for not maintaining min balance of 10k.
