[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Unable to login to net banking

My father is unable to log in using the user id and password which he has been using for the past 2-3 years.

The error messages are different everytime
1. Invalid details entered
2. User not active etc

When we try to enable user id it says
1. KYC not done
2. User already active

When we try to change the password it says
1. Entered details doesn't match the KYC details that Bank has

So each time the error message is different and vague.

We have tried to log in using the user id and password and also using the debit card details but are still unable to log in.
We have called customer care several times and visited the local (Gangtok) Branch and still no help has been provided.

It is causing us a lot of problem as our money is stuck in the account and no resolution is being provided.
