Axis Bank — unable to set new pin in atm debit card

Im complaining about my debit card im unable to set my atm pin on atm. I got new debit card of axis bank as per your when im going to set my new pin on atm otp is coming late by you on my mobile & atm pin set timing is out. As per im calling you by mobile number your customer care is saying this mobile number is not registered. Kindly help how can i set new atm pin when im finding otp late by you.
