Axis Bank — Unauthorised amount debited from account in the name of tips/scg/ non mcc

Axis bank is debiting an hefty amount in the name of " tips/scg/ non mcc " regularly whenever i am booking rly tickets through irctc by using axis bank debit card. Before debiting, they are not taking approval from my side.
These charges are in addition to charges they are charging while booking the rly tickets by using debit card / internet.

Like to have a suitable and justifiable reply from axis bank towards these unauthorized debits.
