So I've sent my resume to the number then got a msg that they will held a telephonic interview. As i have myzone credit card and ive been told that there is no any other charges of Credit card will be taken . but recently i had a msg of debited 147.49 rs as BRN-Card Payment from my saving account. and i have internet banking also so when i login there is also due payment of 147.49 rs as there is no mention that what is this payment for??

as i know there is free card and i want that money bank....

I Ramanamurthy Kondeti and I am a Axis bank customer (Axis Bank Account No: [protected]), Bangalore and tried to withdraw the amount of 9000/- rupees by using my Axis Bank debit card in HDFC bank ATM (ATM ID: S1ANBG78) on 02/06/2021 at around 07:00 PM. Hi,

I have started chat with Axis Bank Ltd customer care executives, but after some time when they not able to resolve my query they dropped my chat, please check screenshot for both executive names,

And if you don't able to solve queries of your customers then shutdown the customer care support, and bank also😠

The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on March 27th, 2021 of Rs. 1320 via Paytm.
The transaction got successful from my end and the amount got debited from my savings bank account (HDFC) but the merchant didn't receive the amount in his account. Due to this, I have to again make a payment of Rs. 1320 with my other card.

After so many follow-ups with the HDFC bank, I have got the below details about the transaction....

Dear sir,

I'm disabled person due to hearing loss and mute, I'm an axis bank salary account holder science 2010. I was getting a huge penalty from axis bank for MAB but i did not know about it, i left my job in July 2018 and i visited the axis bank branch for submitting the account closure form in 2018 august.

And one bank employee said to me "no need to close, it helps in your future if you get the same axis...

Not able to use Axis mobile App and Net banking, when I try to login in mobile App, error message pops saying, your registration has been terminated, please visit nearest branch. I went to Axis Bank several times and they don't know why I'm getting this message. Same problem with Net banking also.

I lost close to 6000 rs and when i called up the customer care they told me that we have closed your account as kyc is not submitted. Why I am getting an SMS that my registration has been terminated visit to teh nearest branch and they said talk to teh customer support. where should I go now. Actually I have submitted a fraud complaint and my car's has been blocked itself while the fraud transaction has been happened now I have recieved the new card and when I am trying to register to the application it says that it is terminated what to do now....

I transfered amount to my other bank account through IMPS but i didnt recieve it my other account and money is also debited from my axis bank account and transfer status enquiry shows suspect in my axis bank account
cant even contact customer care as it says 8 AM to 8 PM only and i need that funds have payments to do
how can i solve this matter at this point of time ????...
