    I have a flipkart axis bank credit card i make rent payment with this using through cred app 4990+gst&service charges total rs[protected] in this my credt limit is 5100 i think it's ok but the bank also rent charged me gst 9.14+ rent transaction fee 50.78 that way they charged me over limit fees rs500+gst 90rs
    they are saying that they saying charged changed they infomred me email but i don't received that type mail
    for a small ammont below 20rs
    "as per rbi guidelines overlimit facility not activeted by me without " but the bank how enables without my permission iam not received any type of otp for overlimit facility transaction only now about doing a transaction of rupees 5078 but the bank charged me overlimit fees without my permission please resolve the issue ass soon as possible refund my amount deducted as cheap way of fraud

      I am receiving tonnes of spam messages and calls from Axis Bank regarding taking interest free loans, credit cards and others.

      If I want to take loan or credit card I would specifically approach my home branch or Axis Bank website on my own. Spamming calls and messages would not make customers to take unnecessary loans and credit cards.

      I request you to please stop spamming messages and calls.

        My complain is for dd cheque.
        I applied for an new account opening, but bank failed to open the account then I received the dd cheque of my return balance amount which i gave to bank to receive the amount of dd in my other account in novermber month 2022.
        But today month of august 2023 their is no response by bank and my cheque is bot passed its been 11 months but they are ignoring the work.

        My second complaint is about my existing account in bank .
        The bank is showing my account in minus and when i visited to know about my account statment to know that how the account is in minus .
        They are not providing any information about the account
        I visited bank many times for my both works but their is no response by bank .
        Kindly take a step aginst the bank.

            I'm holding Axisbank bank salary for last 5 years, they called it as priority account, I don't know why they called like this.

            for every month, I can see there are charges(ECS, Consolidated charges) deducted from my account. Also when I tried to deposit / withdraw money from other non-home branches then they levied charges for that. when I asked customer care about this details, no proper responses for that. very very worst service! don't go with Axsibank salary account. i'm totally disappointing with these kind of services

                Axis bank is debiting an hefty amount in the name of " tips/scg/ non mcc " regularly whenever i am booking rly tickets through irctc by using axis bank debit card. Before debiting, they are not taking approval from my side.
                These charges are in addition to charges they are charging while booking the rly tickets by using debit card / internet.

                Like to have a suitable and justifiable reply from axis bank towards these...

                Dear madam/sir,
                this is to bring to your bank mini statement that axis bank has deducted rs.1126 from my saving bank account (a/c no:[protected]) without any informing me and the reason given by them is consolidated charges. If they informed me that i must keep minimum balance of rs 5, 000 to avoid this kind of charges; i could have maintained that.

                Request you to take action and reverse the amount and credit my account.

                Please do the needful asap.

                        Continuous Daily Spamming

                        Dear Sir,
                        It is intimated that I am getting daily spam mails from Axis Bank through [protected]@connectinboxx.com under different heads ie regarding their credit cards etc. These mails number 8-10 per day sometimes two to three in a span of a few minutes. I fail to understand how a Company of this stature can use tricks and violates the privacy of citizens. It is even more shameful because there is no action has been taken by this company...

                        One assist charges of 2599 debited from my account on 18 July. Pls refund this amount as soon as possible. This is a fraudulent activity by axis bank.

                            Demanding Masking Amount to Close my Credit Card Account, despite paying all dues and NOC issued

                            I had the credit card of 25, 000 limit back in between[protected]. Which i never swiped not even once. So i had to pay the annual fees and their was a delay of few days. Axis Bank got to track of these delayed payment and since then they never updated CIBIL about the closure of my credit card. Right this day in 2023, they are still sending the same data of delayed payment. When checked with the bank, they asked me to pay the masking amount...

                            Hello sir/madam. I have a Flipkart Axis credit card. I completed the minimum amount payment on 13th June of my total amount due which was on 30th June. I was patiently waiting for axis bank sms on the registered mobile number but not a single sms did I receive. Just to be extra sure I even visited the Axis Bank Mobile app on 8th July where the pay now option was not available. Many times the pay now option shows only when the bill is generated and until then it remains inactive. Hence it was indicative that the bill was not generated. On 11th July i was going through the app when i noticed i have been charged interest for not paying my bill. I immediately called customer care and the representative falsely told me that the system shows i received not only sms but even mails and multiple calls from axis when in fact I did not receive even one. When i insisted him to transfer call to a higher desk the higher authority told me that axis bank does not provide sms or mails or calls regarding this. My only concern is that if I had been provided some message to complete my payment I would have. Even the Axis bank mobile application did not activate the payment option. Furthermore the terms and conditions mentioned on the card states that Late payment fees interest levied if the Minimum Amount Due is unpaid after Payment Due Date mentioned in Most Important Terms and Conditions page 8 Finance Interest Charge details Point 1 sub point 3 which in my case doesnt fulfill as the minimum amount due has been paid. I request you to please look into the matter as i think i have not been informed clearly and thus the charges levied on me arent right. Even the Nodal Officer grievance redressal is not working properly on the Axis bank site. Thank you in advance.

                              I like to draw your valuable attention towards Mental Trauma I am suffering due to unimaginable behavior by your bank.
                              I had FLIPKART AXIS CARD XXXX XXXX XXXX 9293 with 15000rs credit limit. I
                              stopped using that card from February 2023, at that time my outstanding was about INR 13, 000.
                              I was unable to pay my dues because of 2 reasons - some dispute with charges and i asked if they fan fix that then i will pay. Due to their hidden capitalistic intention of be silent & keep adding interest until its time to declare NPA, they didn't fix it and kept adding charges. Also i am a student, I can't pay beyond 13000.
                              Now, since last 3 months I am contacting Axis bank in order to clear my dues in mutually acceptable terms. After several months now it has been 27000+ rs (absolutely greed). I contacted on Twitter support of Axis in order to settle on earlier amount (13000) & provide me a “NO DUE CERTIFICAFE”.
                              Now i am getting call & sms from probably a scammer with clear my dues name. A girl called & told me she works for recollection dept and she can make a settlement of payment of 14298rs on behalf of axis. She told me to pay by link (Bank isn't allowing me access the app & card). That link includes incorrect last digits of card. I request Axis Twitter Support to recognise whether its real or fake, they don't even bother to respond.
                              AND till Today I have tried to contact axis bank multiple time without any success.
                              This bank is ran buy a bunch of thieves and fraudsters who are here to just robb people
                              Inspite of repetitive mails & tweets from my side mentioning the issue and appealing for help, they did not even bother to respond.
                              I also appeal to concerned authority from Govt./RBI to look into the unethical practices Axis is doing and kick them out of our country.
                              I also appeal to my fellow citizens please think twice before using any product of Axis as bad days may come to anyone’s life any time and Axis with its cruel intension will be always looking for an opportunity for “sucking your blood” like dirty mosquitos.

                                Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, IN NAME OF TIPS/SCG/MCC/01.07.23/ .While making the payment FOR PETROL I was charged with extra fees while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.
                                I want to know about it as well as get the refund.
