One assist charges of 2599 debited from my account on 18 July. Pls refund this amount as soon as possible. This is a fraudulent activity by axis bank.

    Removal of Written Off Status

Now in Jul-23 I paid Full Outstanding amount of 60, 588/- but Still Written off Status is showing in CIBIL. please Help....

      Demanding Masking Amount to Close my Credit Card Account, despite paying all dues and NOC issued

      I had the credit card of 25, 000 limit back in between[protected]. Which i never swiped not even once. So i had to pay the annual fees and their was a delay of few days. Axis Bank got to track of these delayed payment and since then they never updated CIBIL about the closure of my credit card. Right this day in 2023, they are still sending the same data of delayed payment. When checked with the bank, they asked me to pay the masking amount...

      Hello sir/madam. I have a Flipkart Axis credit card. I completed the minimum amount payment on 13th June of my total amount due which was on 30th June. I was patiently waiting for axis bank sms on the registered mobile number but not a single sms did I receive. Just to be extra sure I even visited the Axis Bank Mobile app on 8th July where the pay now option was not available. Many times the pay now option shows only when the bill is generated and until then it remains inactive. Hence it was indicative that the bill was not generated. On 11th July i was going through the app when i noticed i have been charged interest for not paying my bill. I immediately called customer care and the representative falsely told me that the system shows i received not only sms but even mails and multiple calls from axis when in fact I did not receive even one. When i insisted him to transfer call to a higher desk the higher authority told me that axis bank does not provide sms or mails or calls regarding this. My only concern is that if I had been provided some message to complete my payment I would have. Even the Axis bank mobile application did not activate the payment option. Furthermore the terms and conditions mentioned on the card states that Late payment fees interest levied if the Minimum Amount Due is unpaid after Payment Due Date mentioned in Most Important Terms and Conditions page 8 Finance Interest Charge details Point 1 sub point 3 which in my case doesnt fulfill as the minimum amount due has been paid. I request you to please look into the matter as i think i have not been informed clearly and thus the charges levied on me arent right. Even the Nodal Officer grievance redressal is not working properly on the Axis bank site. Thank you in advance.

        I like to draw your valuable attention towards Mental Trauma I am suffering due to unimaginable behavior by your bank.
        I had FLIPKART AXIS CARD XXXX XXXX XXXX 9293 with 15000rs credit limit. I
        stopped using that card from February 2023, at that time my outstanding was about INR 13, 000.
        I was unable to pay my dues because of 2 reasons - some dispute with charges and i asked if they fan fix that then i will pay. Due to their hidden capitalistic intention of be silent & keep adding interest until its time to declare NPA, they didn't fix it and kept adding charges. Also i am a student, I can't pay beyond 13000.
        Now, since last 3 months I am contacting Axis bank in order to clear my dues in mutually acceptable terms. After several months now it has been 27000+ rs (absolutely greed). I contacted on Twitter support of Axis in order to settle on earlier amount (13000) & provide me a “NO DUE CERTIFICAFE”.
        Now i am getting call & sms from probably a scammer with clear my dues name. A girl called & told me she works for recollection dept and she can make a settlement of payment of 14298rs on behalf of axis. She told me to pay by link (Bank isn't allowing me access the app & card). That link includes incorrect last digits of card. I request Axis Twitter Support to recognise whether its real or fake, they don't even bother to respond.
        AND till Today I have tried to contact axis bank multiple time without any success.
        This bank is ran buy a bunch of thieves and fraudsters who are here to just robb people
        Inspite of repetitive mails & tweets from my side mentioning the issue and appealing for help, they did not even bother to respond.
        I also appeal to concerned authority from Govt./RBI to look into the unethical practices Axis is doing and kick them out of our country.
        I also appeal to my fellow citizens please think twice before using any product of Axis as bad days may come to anyone’s life any time and Axis with its cruel intension will be always looking for an opportunity for “sucking your blood” like dirty mosquitos.

          Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, IN NAME OF TIPS/SCG/MCC/01.07.23/ .While making the payment FOR PETROL I was charged with extra fees while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.
          I want to know about it as well as get the refund.

            Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like PTL/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 050723 If I ask customer care they say if I use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. what is the use o[censored]sing debit card even after swiping at petrol pump i m gonna charged, why you guys charge me for using debit card. The restaurant or super market or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage and why the hell you guys charging from us too. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.

            If this is your process alert us through sms u will be charged certain amount since you swipped with this merchant, you guys correctly charging 15 rs for sms right the what is the pain for you to alert a customer. If we repay loan or cc bill you guys keep on msging right why can't do this .

            I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited.

                  I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My Credit card number is 4514-XXXX-XXXX-3127. I recently received a bill of amount Rs. 1, 05443.17 .

                  This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under a hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                  I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation due to I am jobless for the last 5 months.

                  I am ready to settle this as soon as I get confirmation from your side.

                        Flipkart Transaction done on 22nd Sept 2022 for below three products along with few other product.
                        A.) For LED TV, Product was not delivered by delivery partner as per scheduled time slot. Later it was cancelled by Flipkart delivery partner itself.
                        B.) For remaining two product it was returned.

                        So, from total product that I ordered was of amount Rs 55, 638. Out of these some or the other reason three products got cancelled/returned of total amount 45, 793.

                        I got a refund of 45793, but instead starting EMI of Rs. 9845(For Vaccum Cleaner - Order ID: OD[protected], Ladies Shoulder Bag - Order ID: OD[protected]. you have started EMI of full 55638 amount. At this point I being charged 45793 extra amount.

                        Please refund my Rs 45793, which you over charged me during EMI.

                          Power cut in middle of withdrawing money from ATM so didn't receive money but debited from account.

                          what is the process of raising a complaint or it will be automatically credited after sometime as I have heard this is available in other private banks but not sure in AXIS.

                                We had UPI transfer the amount 50000 to Sunity Jewelers By google Pay, . payment was successful from my side but not credited beneficiary account on date 06/March/ 2022. Our account No is [protected]. We had complaint to Google pay team they told me you have to contact your bank home branch. Accordantly we had complained to our home branch axis bank ravet pune. They have taken 11 Month but still money was not credited to beneficiary account or not my account refund yet.

                                I have enclosed the following documents with this complaint:

                                A copy of my Google Pay account statement showing the debited transaction
                                A copy of the UPI transaction receipt
                                A copy of the beneficiary's contact information
                                I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and get back to me as soon as possible.

                                  I am writing to you today to express my dissatisfaction with the UPI transition of my Axis Bank account. On 06/March/ 2022, I initiated by UPI transaction to transfer INR 50000.00 to Sunity Jewelers By google Pay. However, the money was not credited to the beneficiary's account.

                                  I have checked my account balance and the transaction has been debited from my account. I have also contacted the beneficiary and they have confirmed that they have not received the money.

                                  I have compliant to Google pay team the told me kindly contact to your home branch. Accordingly we had complaint to axis bank our branch. They had taken 11 months for our compliant but it will not resolve yet.

                                  I would like to request that you investigate this matter and take steps to resolve the issue. I would also like to request that you help me for refund the money to my account as soon as possible.

                                  I have enclosed the following documents with this complaint:
                                  A copy of my Axis Bank account statement showing the debited transaction
                                  A copy of the UPI transaction receipt
                                  A copy of the beneficiary's Account statement of fedral bank

                                  We have attached tractions details
