[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Unauthorised calls causing loss of money

I recently received the credit card in may, 2017. I got a call from [protected], who said that they were calling from axis bank. They said that this was the verification call for reward program of rs 8500 and it was for those who got axis credit card. But, in the transaction. Alert mail it is written that the amount rs 8505 was spent at sks business solution. How come someone could make calls and get money in the name of axis bank? In addition, the mail id (Customer. [protected]@axisbank.com) for customer query is also not working.

I consult the bank for two times and submitted my id proofs for salary account and i spoke to axis bank phone banking customer they are say it is saving account and deducting my money and again they are say consult the bank

My name is sukhdev singh. i owned a credit card of axis bank with no. [protected] and due installment amount for my card was 3000. but now i recieved a bill of 16000. this is a huge amount for interest. please do the needfull for rectify my problem otherwise i will go for court case. my contact no. is [protected].

Recently my account is debited as "Consolidated Charges for A/c" and "Service Tax @15.00% on Charge" for that charge, I don't know why it is deducted from my account without any information.
Totally it 996.95 INR was deducted in last 2 years. Could you please explain me via email [protected]@GMAIL.COM for these deductions.

While i am opening axis bank account bank executive told we offering free dmat account but they charging rs 960 from bank account i called customer care they told first one year free but they didn't tell these things before please help me.
