[Resolved]  Axis Bank — unauthorized debit card deduction from ecom pur/google

Hii
I had fraudulent transaction happened on my debit card without my concern or otp as below on 18th september, 2019.
Account no.-: [protected]
18th september 19 from exom pur/google
*googl/g.co/helppay#/280
I lost rs 850 without my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.
Request you to help me and refund back my amount.
And i don't want this again in future.
Please let me know if you need another information.

Hi,

Today I had a debit of ECOM PUR/GOOGLE from my Axis bank account. This appears as an unauthorized transaction to me. Please take the necessary action and let me know until when I can get my money back.

Attaching the screenshot of the statement for reference..

INR 6700.00 debited from A/c no. 138087 on[protected]:46:23 IST at PUR/[protected]/[protected]. Avl Bal- INR 739857.46. Call [protected], if not done by you.

Today I have found unauthorised transaction from my axis bank account Rs. 3809.55 for ECOM PUR/GoogleAds
I have not done this obviously. Kindly help.

Today I also lost rs 3890 and again 3890 rs and one more charge 778 .. From my axis bank account total 8558 rs debited .
