Hi I had fraudulent transactions happened on my debit card with out my concern or otp as below on 07th june 17:34pm (Ist) Account number : [protected] 07/06/2017 pur/google *octro inc/g.co/payhelp/google *octro inc debit 26000 inr I lost inr 26, 000 with out my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past. Dear Sir,
My credit Card with AXIS Bank Limited was used for 2(Two) un-authorized transaction of Rs. 50/- and Rs. 26000/- on 04.06.2017. I came to about these after receiving the SMS in that behalf. After these I immediately blocked my above Credit Card.
I never deal with this site for any transaction in the past. Request you to help me and refund back my amount.
I have also raised the dispute regarding the same with Bank.
