[Resolved] Axis Bank — uninformed consolidated charges | |||
I have opened salary bank in axis bank in june 2017.. After two months i have quit the company and not used my axis bank account... I have again started using my axis bank from jan 2020... Without even notifying me axis bank has deducted 7600 as consolidated charges and 1600 as gst on charge which is not at all acceptable... You should have made my account balance in negative for these two years... But my account balance is zero and i have stared using the account again. Please refund my amount... I, having account with Axis Bank ending with****678227 is being debited for RS 1399 and 1899 for one assist service. But I have not opted for any of those services. Request you to cancel the service and refund my money
