Axis Bank — Unnecessary debit card issue and deduct annual charges

Im(manoj kumar) account holder of axis bank limited. bank has unnecessary issue debit card without my intention and deducted annual charges.
axis bank has issue Two (2) debit card in respect of my a/c no [protected] and 2 times annual charges deducted. when query raised by me to branch, bank said we cannot do anything for charges call to customer care and customer care said visit to nearest branch.

1st card no 4691 XXXX XXXX 0797
2nd card no 4341 XXXX XXXX 4835

I had opened account on 25th February 2022 and bank has given to me a account opening kit which including the cheque book, passbook, Debit card 4691 XXXX XXXX 0797 and also deduct the dr card annual charges of Rs 354 on 7th March 2022 but as per schedule of charges it should be 100 plus GST i.e. rs 118 excess deduction of rs 236.
During the april month bank has unnecessary issue another dr card 4341 XXXX XXXX 4835 which is not required and my intention and deducted the charges of rs 885 on 22.04.2022

Im requested to please reverse the charges of rs 1121 (885+236)in respect of 1st and 2nd debit cards.
