[Resolved] Axis Bank — unnecessary loan rejection & very slow process in personal loan application.

My name is sweety sumit ohal. I applied for 1 lakh, personal loan in axis personal loan dept, shivaji nagar pune on 2/1/2018, sales manager name kurnal kale, executive name deepak. I called executive after two days, he said me that he will revert me after 2 hr but no response,

Now they said application is rejected, even my company is listed in axis, my credit score is above 780, my salary is above 17500/-, even i don't have any other obligation. Even my all needed documents are correct. Even i'm working in same company from more then 17months
I not got any verification calls nothing. But then also they are rejecting the loans.

There is no use of axis bank, they only giving fake information that they are giving loan in 72hr and monthly income is 15000/- etc

So please don't waste your time in such banks like axis. They not going to give you any 1rupee loan. They are only wasting time.

Not process the loan because our my company is non listed in axis system. Ib Car private ltd and ib autocars pvt is different so not process the loan. Thank you.

Updated by Oswal sweety Now, Axis bank is saying that they cannot do my personal login process because there is some spelling mistakes in my company name in there axis personal loan login systems, Even i said them that my organisation is ready to give a correction letter on Company LETTER HEAD, with authorized stamps& signatures.

Updated by Oswal sweety Now, Axis bank is saying that they cannot do my personal login process because there is some spelling mistakes in my company name in there axis personal loan login systems, Then why ? you approched me for personal loan, as well as your personal loan phone banking executive said that, my company is listed in CAT-D so i can submmit my documents to personal loan executive and they fixed my appoinment with there personal loan executive for further process.
Now even i said them that my organisation is ready to give a name correction letter on Company, s LETTER HEAD, with authorized stamps& signatures by HR & company management.

Some misundertanding because SHIVALIK IB AUTOCAR PVT LTD is different and SHIVALIK IB CARS is different.

Hi, I am Neethu and I applied for a personal loan with Axis bank 3 weeks back 13th Aug in Kodegehalli branch Bangalore. I submitted all the required documents, every verification was complete and the executive (Thimme Gowda) told I would get my loan within 3 days. 5 days back he calls me and says it got rejected because of my office address was different. I work out of Bagmane Tech Park Mahadevapura and he had filled the form with Bagmane Tech Park CV Raman Nagar. This was not even my mistake. But there is no response. Pathetic service and irresponsible executives. #axisbankindia #axisbank
