[Resolved]  Axis Bank — UPI amount debited but the merchant did not receive the amount

This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on March 27th, 2021 of Rs. 1320 via Paytm.
The transaction got successful from my end and the amount got debited from my savings bank account (HDFC) but the merchant didn't receive the amount in his account. Due to this, I have to again make a payment of Rs. 1320 with my other card.

After so many follow-ups with the HDFC bank, I have got the below details about the transaction. The amount has been transferred to the below account number.

Beneficiary Bank: Axis Bank
Beneficiary Account No. : ***********2063
Beneficiary IFSC: UTIB0000000

After checking with the merchant, the above-mentioned account number is not the merchant's account number and IFSC mentioned above is not a valid code.

Please help me in getting my money back into my HDFC bank account.

I am also facing the same issue has the amount got refunded to you
I did transaction on 15/10/2023 amount has been debited but merchant doesn't receive money, when i complaint this after 4-5 day i know that money has debited in another account but today itself I'm confused how it's possible.
Account number is [protected] and ifsc code is utib0000000
