[Resolved]  Axis Bank — upi transaction chargeback

On 25/03/2018 i have remitted rs 11148.00 to m i india to purchase mobile. Through google tej application. Transaction was successful but merchant mi india informed non receipt of fund hence cancelled order. Upi transaction i'd is[protected]. I contacted tej team and also payu. Both told me to contact issuing bank hence i contacted my bank indian overseas bank who informed me that money is not parked with them hence chargeback was raised on 22/05/2018 on axis bank who is not accepting or rejecting chargeback. I am out of money since 25/03/2018. Please instruct axis bank to return my money to issuing bank to enable them to credit my account.
