I have received a call from axis bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis master card ending with 1013. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1799 for the same.
Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My one assist relationship no. Is 4583793. I am waiting for confirmation of deactivation of this service and also refund the money...

I was opened axis asap account dt on 01 jun 2018, my account no : [protected], name : thiruvupandian m, that day account was active, because i transfer to rs 1000 above the account number, but now account is not acctive, authendication has been failed.

It is a digital sevice?
Please ensure this problem and correct the all wrong doing

I am r k diching panmei guinine axis bank customer. My credit card is block even after paying all my dues even to the penny. I sincerely want my axis credit card to be activate again as soon as possible. I dont have any dues whatsoever with the bank and i dont have any loan. But now i am facing an error during my login through internet banking page at every time after giving proper id & password.

My loan was sanctioned axis approval ref no. Ph_lnphg_floating_bre/7990535/rac-whitefield asc/18-19 dated24-mar-2018. After that they keep on asking some or the other document and i am providing the same. Processing charges debited, documentation stamp paper everything done but they are not disbursing. It is almost three months from my application. Not informing the reason also

I am having loan account no. Ppr[protected].in which i had made part payment of rs. 5000 on 2/5/18 and requested loan centre telepathically to reduce term with request no. 15174170. Further reminded telepathically on dtd 08.05.18 for the same but they reduced my emi instead of term. Urgent necessary actions highly required in this case as i wanted to reduce my term and not the emi....

Sir my name is vivek manhad and i did a Rs 10, 000 transaction(cash withdrawal) via my Axis atm card from SBI atm machine CHINAR SHOP COMPLEX SRINAGAR, the transaction was timed out and yesterday at 2:09 pm Rs 10, 000 were deducted from my axis bank account. I'm a defence serving personnel and this is my salary account. Actually right now I'm in srinagar and the phone no. Registered with the atm card is of Himachal Pradesh so this isn't working...

I have been using axis credit card for many years now, and have always made all payments at right time without any delay, but due to a sudden closure of my business, iam under huge financial burden and experincing extreme mental harrasment, thereby requesting axis bank credit card department to contact me via email so that this can be settled out. Pls contact via e-mail only.

I have received a call today from axis bank. When i was busy at work. They kept on calling.. I was not in a position to listen. They charged rs1899 for card protection plan. I don't want this plan. I want to unsubscribe this service plan and i request the bank to refund the amount of rs.1899 immediately to my account.
Please kindly assist it.

This complaint is in regard to my credit card payment. I am chasing with the customer care team and also raise a request to arrange the settlement on my card.
However i have not receive any update from axis bank team.
I have some money right now and i want to do settlement on my card.
I will be able to pay 30-35% of my payment as my family is facing some financial crisis.

Unfortunately my company is having salary account with your worst bank.. where almost all the employees are useless. I came to know my money got locked in lien balance and not able to apply for the cheque book by 12may and till today haven't get the reply. Spoke to call center multiple times and they referred loan department who has locked my amount in lien balance.But the problem is entire banking department...

I am requesting to the axis bank management group as a village resident that the yearly charges of atm card for axis bank asap a/c need to minimize from rupees from 500 to 300. Most of the zero balance a/c holder comes from lower and lower-middle class family they are not able to deposit more money but they loves axis bank best services. Pleas take care about my letter

I was visited the Axis Bank branch for update my communication address. as per advice of the branch executives, I have send a request through Insta services of Mobile App. I was confirmed that my address would be updated in 1 working day. But, unfortunately after lapse of 10 working days, communication address has not been changed.I have lodged my grievance to customer care vide service request No.41541314. But still not any action by Axis...

How to get an exact location of the dispatched credit card? I had received the application id and reference no. Sms, but on that basis the tracking is not possible on the mentioned website i. E., www.axisbank.com there should be any courier details of the same, isn't there any easiest way to track the application
