My account is neelkanth gems centre, account number [protected], i had given a application in bank to change my edc machine to gprs, about two months ago, they never showed up, i called them in bank about the issue after waiting for 40 days, they said no application has been given, hen i talked to manager, he said will soon do it, then has been 20days no solution yet, i closed my saving account, and want to close my current account soon if not solved, services are too bad of your bank, they just give us a lollypop to stay one or two days, then no reply, one day i was upset on manager, he insted of plesing me say its your choice to close your account, preeti never showed any interest, mr. Sahani the manager the same, rishab in edc department same, ur bank is going in a wrong way
