The following 2 sms's were received by me this evening from axis bank:-
1. Usd.34 was spent on your credit card xx1020 on 19-jun-18 at kxwxnaj knir. Avbl lmt: rs.19110.99

2. Transaction o[censored]sd.34 on axis bank credit card x1020 was approved on 19/06/18. This was without an additional factor of authentication as mandated by rbi

The cc xx1020 was held in the name of my wife who had surrendered this card sometime in october 2015 and she has no credit card against her name. It seems that this was a hacker at work. This belief is supported by your emails date and time stamped as 19:17 today 19th. June 2018.

It is surprising that a foreign currenct payment was effected without following rbi guidelines.

I contacted axis bank at [protected], this evening itself and informed the same.

The credit card xx1020 has again been blocked

    I had visited vashi sector-17 branch for my query as this branch is nearest to my office. But bank people were not able to solve my problem nd directed me to andheri branch. So i went to the operations head. Rather then listening to my query she started showing attitude to me. This was the worst customer service given that to by seniors of the branch also. Please take my serious complain against the operations head as because of her axis has lost one sincere customer.

          On 25/03/2018 i have remitted rs 11148.00 to m i india to purchase mobile. Through google tej application. Transaction was successful but merchant mi india informed non receipt of fund hence cancelled order. Upi transaction i'd is[protected]. I contacted tej team and also payu. Both told me to contact issuing bank hence i contacted my bank indian overseas bank who informed me that money is not parked with them hence chargeback was raised...

          this is to inform you that I am unable to pay this debt as my family is facing financial hardship .but we want to settle this in fair so that you will have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of debt.
          i can pay you 20%of this amount. i shall be clearing their dues in next month. more than this i cant afford with my present circumstances.

            Since from 2017, i am using axis bank credit card and payment on every month any delay. But last month i got credit card bill rs. 19865 and last date was 07 june 2018, i paid rs. 16000/- on same day and remaining i paid rs. 3750/- on next day.

            Now i checked net banking and get surprised, bank charge heavey interest with gst rs.873/- + 157.

            If i am paying payment every month on timely then why did bank charges heavy penalty.

            I am not satisfied with us, i am taking a decision to cancel using axis bank credit card.

              I could not open my internet banking. Even i went to my nearest branch they could not able to open it. Always shown that invalid user credential. I have tried in both way through debit card and customer id but same thing happened in every time. I have complaint also in customer care. They even did not solved the matter. Now what to do?

              Even try to solve above problem i was personally applied a new debit card. Which was dispatched by blue dart courier on 23rd may18. But till now i didn't received yet. Again i was called to customer care they provide me reference no of courier which is[protected] but this is not a valid no. Again i have called they provide me same no. Please resolve the matter asap where i can use my net banking easily like other bank.

                Hello we are just tired of axis bank service we are on call with you people all day and yet no appropriate results. It's been 2months that i have submitted a cheque from dhfl against my property as i am in an urgent need of cash and axis bank officer at kopri branch thane said it will be cleared in 2days and now it's been 2months. Now i had to pay the 1st instalment at my own and date is coming for second.
                If my issue is not solved before my second installment i will not stop from going against axis bank and knocking consumer court.

                  Hi,

                  I opened an account with Axis bank because I thought I will be getting hassle free & good service. However, I am so embarrassed with my decision I just 1 week. Noone knows what all documents are required for changing communication address, I visited palam vihar Gurgaon and met with Pratiksha Prakash and she asked me to submit phone bill as address proof. Which I did and she told me that my new address will reflect on 12th June, Tuesday, which is still unchanged. Not sure if AXIS bank considers consumer satisfaction somewhere in their operational KRA's. Because staff actually don't know how to talk and how to behave, till know my experience is like I visited some government office back in 1990's. Maybe I am over expecting from Indian banks.

                    I have deposited cash ₹15000 in burrabazar branch but amount not yet credited and the bank has told the engineers will open the machine but not yet credited the account though the complaint has been lodged on 16.06.2018. I have also made the complaint in axis bank burrabazar branch but they tell it will take 10 days atleast such a pathetic service by a private bank not expected first of all link failure at the time of depositing money and secondly time taken is so long.

                      After 3 days observation and diagnosis doctor observation rheumatoid arthritis disease found.

                      @as per axis bank policy when admit patient in hospital claim will settled. And when after diagnosis axis bank settled the claim as per procedure.

                      I have also confirm to axis bank that patient admit in hospital only for pain in backbone not a rheumatoid arthritis after treatment and diagnosis ra observe.


                      @as per your policy section v a (Ii) you will covered after disease observation but this claim before disease observation.

                        My account was salaried one till apr 2016 (Mohan-cooperative branch, new delhi). However after leaving the job in apr 2016, i did not receive any message about maintaining min balance..in march 2018, i had received a message that from 31 mar 2018, my salaried will be converted to savings one and min balance of 10, 000 was required. Since mar 2018, i maintained minimum balance. But without any prior notification, my account was freezed in apr 2018.

                        I was unable to deposit money. I had tried multiple times. Due to some money crunch, i had to use my min balance in account. Please note that in freeze state, i was not able to deposit. However, use the account money to pay credit card bills.

                        Around 3 weeks ago, in may end i had visited raj nagar, ghaziabad branch to submit my kyc. I had completed the required form also.

                        I am currently working with a firm which is 5 days working. Since then all the saturday's that have come are holidays.
                        Penalty has been charged for not keeping min balance in freezed account. I account is still not active and i am unable to deposit the money,

                        On 17 jun 2018, i tried updating the kyc via mobile app. Though i am not sure about its status.

                          Baguhati, kolkata, wb, branch is one of the worst managed branch always. The staffs are busy with their style and attitude, they are very low in behaviour always show attitude. Most of the time delay a lot and not found in the counter as busy in chatting somewhere else. Its very common to see arrogant behaviour from them we had experienced non cooperation from counter no. 4 and 3 there recently. You need to employ cooperating wise staffs than some aspiring models there...

                              Now my both cards are blocked and also i have blocked the sim.
                              I have raised my complain to the axis bank via customer support and also in police station.

                              I request you to kindly help me with this issue asap. Please help me to get my refund for the said amount at the earliest.

                                System error or software error issue - i am getting repeated call (Almost every 30 minutes /every hour) regarding pending emi of loan of axis bank in spite of having adequate balance in my registered account. My automatic debit option is functional still their system has not cut emi and in spite of talk with customer care they have not done auto debit and they have not stopped calling me frequently from following numbers.

                                Is this real protocol of axis bank to call every 30 minutes/hour for six consecutive days in spite of communication with branch manager?

                                  This is bhushan more here, i have account with axis bank, i have saving cum salary bank account (*1384). I am using this account from last 2.5 yrs.

                                  This sudden changes of "consolidated charges" has caused me lot of inconvenience.

                                  Please note :-
                                  I) most important charges bank had applied for me as a cash deposited into bank branch, i did not understand while deposit cash into branch. Thus the affects on branch turnover or bank is getting more benefits or else customer is getting benefit on that, apart from lower rate of interest, who's turnover would be increased, instead of looking no number of attempts for depositing the cash into bank. May bank could have checked customer amount of cash his/she depositing into branch.

                                  Ii) instead of bouncing the cheque would be better option for customer suppose to inform branch or bank to stop payment for particular cheque. So which one is higher charges bouncing or stop cheque clearance charges.

                                  I am really disappointed from axis bank, which i am suffering from axis bank.

                                  Earliest i am going to close this my saving account.

                                  Got a call from axis in that call I forgot to mention one point
                                  This month when 288+51 were charged my account balance is zero but when 288+51 were charged in April and May those were deducted from my account so if you can make my account balance to zero(currently negative) I need only refund of 2 months (Rs 678).

                                    Hi this is arun kumar kelley.
                                    I was shocked to see my account statement, on 16/06/2018 two deductions against consolidated charges for a/c & service tax were made by axis bank ltd. From my zero balance salary account.

                                    The deductions for above-mentioned items are wrong, because my account is zero balance salary account and i am using my salary account since february 2016 past times this type of deductions were not made from my account.
                                    In this regard, it is requested that kindly look into the matter and please arrange to deposit the deducted amount in my account at the earliest.

                                      A/c 020960 is debited with inr 1000.00 on[protected]:59:32 a/c bal is inr 3325.20 info: cash-atm.
                                      Dear sir,

                                      A/c no. 020960 has been debited by rs. 500 on 16jun18. Info: consolidated charges for month but it my salary a/c 4 to 5 time i talked costumer care and say that it's my salary a/c sir please short out my problem from last 8 to 10 every month debited from my a/c plz. Check my a/c it's salary a/c.
                                      It's possible that refund my money back in my account because i am lost 4 to 5 thousands plz. (Asap)
