[Resolved] Axis Bank — wbsedcl bill payment not success till now it pending last 2 days | |||
To The axis bank Sir/mam, I used a current axis bank account. I pay two wbsedcl electric bill in 06/10/2017, amount are deduct from account but this payment did not success and till now it science payment status is "pending". Why payment did not update, as per your rule payment will be updated with in 1 working day. So i say amount will refund other wise payment success. I request to please do some needful. Chq no 6100(chq drawn at sbi Purulia) issued by INDIAN POSTAL DEPT and Issued at Purulia .
on 21st September I have received a mgs that my chq has been returned. I was really surprised that how a govt cheque has returned...what may be the reason...later come to know at that time axis bank Puruliya was not participating in cts clearing so they send my cheque to Bankura and this cheque returned from Bankura sbi .As far as i know this type of postal cheque only passed by either issuing branch(ie sbi Purulia) or by CTS clrng.
Now from last couple of days my daily routine was call one of your officer to ask about an update. everyday he reply cheque not found, bankura branch not yet send it, etc etc.Totally unprofessional attitude. As per his instruction i also send this snapshot...after that today i receive a call from your staff that i have to visit your branch and collect the cheque. When I inform him that the cheque return due to tech reason so kindly lodge it once again from your end.He told me that whatever i have to recv the cheque from them and after that i can deposit it once again.
Really beyond my thinking why i have to travel about 50km just to fill up a chq deposit slip.
what is my fault?
Deposit a cheque in your branch...
your CTS system not working and I have to pay the price?
why i have to sign the return register where i am not taking the cheque with myself?
I already lost interest income for 10-15 days. please lodge this cheque from your end, .
Please dont force me to proceed further
