[Resolved] Axis Bank — worst service ever | |||||
I have been trying to register for getting a new credit card and from past 20 days ive got zero response... Should submit the credit card application 10 times online to get a call back.. And the customer care people have told they would send their executive but again the same thing... No call back... The past week i got a call saying he would send the executive for verification.. The guy came and went back saying he didnt have a device and told he would come back tomorrow and no ive tried calling him but no response... They deducted around 1700 rs for I deposited into my bank account .Next day
I have borrowed 8000rs from indiabulls
They again deduct 2571 Rs. From account as charges
I don't know which type of service they provided to deduct my 1700rs +2571 rs in just 3 days
