Axis Bank — Wrong account added in my account | |||
Hi my name is shilpi. My saving account is with new railway road, gurgaon branch. Few months back i started receiving some notifications regarding some transactions. I immediately informed to my branch, they said mistakenly some one's number is added in your account it will not e a problem. Then i started receiving mails for statements that time some thing strike to me and i checked my internet account and found in my account two accounts are added one is mine and second is some one's current account. I called to axis bank customer care and immediately informed for the same. They said with in two days we will solve this. They informed that by mistake they have given same customer number to two people. Reallyyyyy??? How can it be possible?? Then after one day i received a call from customer care and they said its not from our department, we are transferring the case to other department. Its being 2 months now, when ever i call them they respond that the same has been transferred to some other department and respond you soon. The worst bank ever. Customer care people are not up to the mark. They don't know how to handle customers, without putting me on hold they start speaking to each other. Unprofessional behaviour. I definitely will tell each every one in my contacts and office never ever ever open account with axis bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
