Wrong Account Information was shared by Axis Bank to CIBIL Transunion regarding my above mentioned account that the Outstanding is Written-off. Where as it has been cleared in 14th October 2019.

In spite of many Emails to concerned Person It is not Changed.

Due to wrong Information My CIBIL score is drastically affecting.

I request you to help me to sort out this. and I also want Close My Credit Card Account for which I tried though Customer care no. but it didnt get connect with executive.

Updated by Piyush Bardia I have tried to connect Customer Care no, but they say it is not my registered Mobile no.
I have email to axis bank that email delivery failed.
