[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Wrong Charges Debited From my Savings Account two times

Dear Sir,

Pls note Again suddenly Axis Bank has been deducted Rs.600 + 18% GST ( May 21 & June 21 ) from my Savings account which opened against personal loan and also as a NiL balance.

Now axis bank deducted consolidated charges huge amount..!!

I have complaints to customer care but the executive did not provide me proper details and also did not acknowledge my complaints. They asked to go to branch ..!! The VIRTUAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER HAS BEEN DISCONNECT THE RUNNING CALL while talking regarding subject matter.

I have never this type of bank who debited the huge amount charges in the name of Consolidated Charges..!!!

is it as per RBI rules? if yes, I want to know in written or otherwise i will file an official complaint to RBI with copy marks to Axis Bank.

if customer not maintain NOW 15000 ...!!! PREVIOUSLY THEY ASKED TO MAINTAIN Rs.10000..!!

SUDDENLY THEY CHANGED MINIMUM BALANCE REQUIRED??? WHICH IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT..!!

IF THE ACCOUNT WAS OPENED CLEARLY AGAINST PERSONAL LOAN WITH NIL BALANCE REQUIRED THAN HOW CAN AXIS BANK CHARGED ME THE HUGE AMOUNT????

if they do not refund my Rs.1200 + GST I will definitely close the account, loan and credit card also.

FIRST THEY HAVE TO REFUND MY UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES & SECOND GIVE ME AN OFFICIAL EMAIL REGARDING NON MAINTENANCE THE MINIMUM AMOUNT???? HOW MUCH & WHY???

This is my LAST CALL TO AXIS BANK THROUGH THIS PORTAL. I WILL GO TO RBI WITH OFFICIAL EMAIL WITH COPY TO AXIS BANK HIGHER AUTHORITY.
