Axis Bank — wrong debit without permission through tips/scg/pos/delhi metro rail c/dt.08-se

I recharged my delhi metro rail smart card for rs 1000. Thereafter my axis bank account has been debited without my permission on two occasions i. E on[protected] by rs 0.5 and on rs 2.50 on[protected] vide axis bank sms (Am-axis bank : info :tips/scg/pos/delhi metro rail c/dt.08-se.) these deductions are not warranted. If it continues, it will cause great loss to me.
