Axis Bank — wrong information submitted to cibil

Hi, This is with utter disappointment with the axis bank. I am raising this complaint, i dont know if i get any answers from this forum. If i dont i would go to next level. My issue here is, i have never applied for any personal loan from axis bank. I never ever applied for a loan. I have never got any call from the axis bank too. Now i see in my cibil report it says i enquired for the personal loan worth of rs 5 lakh from axis bank. I am not in india for a certain period, how come i would apply for this loan. I want to check all the proofs from axis bank for this request. My cibil control number: 3, 268, 033, 397 I dont know if i need to take this up with legally, how many others got fraud by this type of things.
