Axis Bank — wrongly debited consolidated charge | |
Firstly bank dedicated rs.1287.5 and rs.231.75 without any reason stating consolidated charge and gst. Now, new messages received from bank saying "consolidated charges (Sep-2019) for a/c no. Xxxx7118: Value added sms alert fee: rs 15 Cash transaction fee: rs 1272.5 Total: rs 1287.5 (Excl gst)." Not acceptable. Want refund of my hard earned money. Was this information helpful? | |

I were going to pay credit card bill from google pay. At that time amount has been deducted from my account but not transaction is pending from 5 pending. No confirmation. No refundable. I am trying connect with customer care but not connecting. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible and do the same needful.
