Dear concern
I Ritesh Kumar sinha had applied for PF withdrawal in Axis securities Ltd on 23 November 2016 but still my application has not been submitted to PF office.
Whenever I followed up I get answered that "until we do not receive lots of Pf form unless not submit to the pf office but this is not a genuine logic.

So Request you to please look this matter and do the needful. ASAP

I am manish kumar singh, i work axis securities as a relationship executive in personal loan in noida asl. after 6 month i reserve a message form axis securities for the disbursement for the loan of the customers. after that i receive a lots of messages and call from customer for disbursement. regarding this i inform my teamleader and he told me to change your number. now it is so irritating to handil this.

Hi, I am an Ex-Employee of Axis Securities Ltd of Malad west Branch. My Pf account number is MH/BAN/125333/28151 Inspite of going to my previous employer again and again and due to their mistakes in filling my details in Date of birth I m facing problems in transferring PF account with my existing employer and doesnt got any guidance to where to put my querries due to this I am not able to generate my UAN number too. Hello Team, My name is Snehashis, I recently joined Axis securities as a Relationship Officer (Employee code: ASL/BLR/100347). I have a worst ever experience working with this company which I would like to share this with everyone. After working for a month I have not yet received my salary and the company HR is giving me some lame reasons. As per the companies policy it has to be an Axis bank account where the salary should be credited, so I have submitted all the related documents to open an account but my account was never opened stating that the photo on the voter id card is not clear. I tried to follow up with the company HR and payroll team on this but none of them was helpful. Being frustrated with this I requested them to accept my resignation but the HR replied saying they will not accept it and they will mark me absconding. Few Questions that I would like to ask the company HR and expect some advice from the labour commission as well. 1> If it is mandatory to have Axis Bank salary account, why cannot the company help me to open an account as I am also an employee of Axis bank, why do I have to submit the documents separately, I have already submitted this documents before joining the company and all this are in their records. Also, the same voter id card has been used to open a bank account in IDBI and ICCI bank without any hassle. 2> Company should be employee centric, they should think for the well being of the employee, I worked for a month giving a reasonable amount of business, but when it comes to salary why the company is not helping out its employee. 3> What is the policy for abscondment, actually I wonder do the HR know the meaning of absconding. Is it even if you do not pay me I have to serve your company, is it a slavery. Somebody please advice on the above or please direct me to some person or department who can help me out. I WANTED TO BID FOR AN IPO WHOSE BIDDING PERIOD IS 26 AUG-28 AUG THROUGH AXIS DIRECT TRADING ACCOUNT.

ON 27TH AUG, I had bid for an IPO on 27th Aug for 5 lots. I wanted to modify the bid for 14 lots on 28th Aug but Axis direct is not letting me do this.

The bidding period is 26Aug-28Aug.

On calling the call centre 2-3 times, it was told to me that the terms and conditions do not allow for modification of a bid. I have checked the terms and conditions and pasting relevant portion of the online text here:


Online IPO through ASBA

I/we understand that I/We will be able to revise as well withdraw my/our bid during the bidding period only. In case o[censored]pward revision, additional amount will be blocked from the linked Axis bank account to the extent of the incremental amount. However, in case of downward revision of bid, differential amount blocked earlier will not be released in my/our bank account. Such amount will be released only after allotment.


So, why is it that Axis direct is not letting me modify my bid.
On top of that, customer service agents have been just transferring my call back and forth without any help telling me lies. I have been told that the bid cannot be modified as the concerned department has already sent my bid?
Why am I being told lies about the terms and conditions? Please share the recorded call with this case number, I will complain to consumer court and SEBI.
