My partner works for you in the Swindon area and I phoned up on his behalf as he has teeth taken out and I was spoken too rather rudely and think the persons telephone manner was disgusting and very rude her name was Pauline and the area manager lee sawyer was un contactable due to him being in Cyprus but that was not on his voicemail I got told that by another member of staff I am really not happy with the way I got spoken too by Pauline as she was very rude and not helpful at all and demanded a picture of my partners mouth while he was in the dentist room thank you Tammy Hackett

    I am ex employee of axis securities and my joining date is 09/11/2017 and my last working day is 10/02/2018. I resigned my post of 03/02/2018. Now after the 9 month they are not provide my february month salary and my full and finale settlement amount. I am already complete all documentation on 21/09/2018 and they are not giving any response on mail and call i am continue doing the call on [protected] and doing the mail regular to indore hr, branch head but no one give me any response. Kindly do the needful asap.

        I am an ex Axis employee.
        I have worked in Axis Bank from September 2016 to October 2017.
        I have not received my Full and Final salary.
        In spite of constant mail from my manager i have not received any fruitful reply
        We had an online attendance started in September, which was not working properly, due to which i have not able to mark my attendance online, but i have done that in register maintained regularly.
        It is requested to please pay my salary as soon as possible as this kind of behavior is not expected from an organization as yours.

          I am in need of Share Holding Certificate and for this purpose I wrote several mails at dp.[protected]@axisbank.com. They asked me to submit a Form to the concerned Branch as there was mismatch in my e-mail ID though I received their every mail to my registered e-mail ID [protected]@gmail.com. However, I visited the Branch and asked for the Form. The Branch Official told me that there is no such Form in the Branch. I informed the same to dp.[protected]@axisbank.com to which, they sent me a Form which I submitted in the Branch on and around 18/08/2018. I am engaged in this activity since last more then one month but till now the Share Holding Certificate as on 31/03/2018 has not been issued to me.

            They charge brokerage higher than others but service at its worst.
            Had a bad experience where in sun p shares were kep on hold for 2-3 days and got released when i approached them... Too late by that time.
            Sold idfc b 28750 shares on 12th and wanted to buy back at lower rates which existed but this broking company system displayed " not possible to change, modify, place the order as routed through ows operator. Called them six time but no result and finally at 3.10 they resolved it but again too late as the rate went up and thus could not buy back... Last 2 days rate at much much higher. This irresponsible bunch of lot has resulted into a loss of more than 35000.
            There are better operators available now vs continuing with these cheats

              Dear sir

              I am using axis direct for online trading since june'15. However last 18 to 20 months i was not doing any trading due to hectic work pressure.

              After couple of months, today (08/06/18) i again opened my axis direct account and see the all transactions in my portfolio to start trading again, while checking that i come to know that i had gain worth of inr 4.35 lakhs towards option transaction made against idfc bank on 29/10/2015, but till today that amount was not credited to my linked bank account.in continuation to that i called customer care executive from registered mobile number on 08/06/2018 and requested them to verify and transfer the same, initially the executive checked the account and confirmed me that the referred credit available in the portfolio, however after some time the executive simply informing me that the transaction was very old and made wrong credit entry and hence we adjusted your credit balance as nil (After 30 months of transaction taken place) which is absolutely illegal since they corrected the previous year fy transactions[protected] now for which audit were already finished.

              Hence here with i am requesting you to take necessary steps enable me to get my stock gain with applicable interest to my bank account immediately.

                    It's utter nonsense as to how much money axis securities charges every month in the name of consolidated dp charges. I know abt the dp charges and this is not how it's charged. It's a scam at axis and i would like to tell everyone to look at their accounts for how much money axis deducts in the name of dp charges. Its a fraud and needs to be looked at by each and every account holder at axis.

                          Also my uan is activated, aadhar & bank account details is updated and verified in epfo database.
                          But when i am trying to withdraw it gives me only “advance withdraw (Form 31)” option only.

                          Also i notice that my date of exit is still not updated in my epfo database, what should i do??
