[Resolved]  Axisbank — Regarding personal loan application [protected]

I have applied for personal loan with axis bank, I submitted my documents on 02/03/17, the application no is [protected]. after 4 days of submission I got a call from axis bank (don't know from bank or agency) they said we are logging in the application and collected some information and they said with in two working days loan process will be completed. but till date I don't know the status of the loan application.

I keep on calling to executive who approached me but know she is not answering the call and not even giving replying for messages (about status). before applying I told her I want proper feedback and also I told her that my cibil score is 818 but I have done settlement of PL and CC with HDFC (4 years back due to jobless). for that also she said we will process the application I had discussion with my sales manager and he told we can process application. now she is not responding.

is this the way to treat with customers. I never called banks and agency for loan, they are calling and offering the loans. after applying they not even sharing the feedback of application. if this the case, why the hell calling to customers and offering loans and begging for documents.

I just want to share this with public.

these banker and agencies wants to reach their application targets by processing applications, I think they wont provide loans... simply they do all circus and finally no feedback, when you call also they wont respond properly.

please think before applying because this affects our cibil score, and shows credit hunger, because of some useless executives and bankers we are losing our score. think think think.

I don't have any reference no. Because I am contacting first time here, the person who approached for loan application is not responding to my calls and messages. Even I don't know for what reason axis bank rejected my application. That bludy begger promised in such a way that I will get loan 100%. Finally don't know the exact status.

hi,

initially I used very polite language, for that no one has given response, go through the conversion on above, you can find the details. in every mail I am mentioning my contact no. till date no one has called me. inspite of solving problem you guys asking me to write in proper language. problem created by axis bank executive not from my side. let me see at least this time they will call me for solving problem or not. simple mail communication delays in solving problems and creates negative impact to customers. just think, in future if any one calls me and offering loan or credit card from axis bank, what kind of response I will give. not only me all customers who suffered with this kind of problems. it creates very bad impression on your bank. think and try to resolve the issue at earliest. my no [protected].
